Today I I was at Winn-Dixie at about 3 PM on Sunday when I found was the prices are higher than Publix and Walmart. I know Walmart is more of a cost type grocery store, but Publix should have higher prices than Winn-Dixie but that’s not what I found last week on Wednesday I purchased some popsicles the sugar-free and paid $5.97 at Publix and then for the sugar-free pudding I paid $2.79 here today at Winn-Dixie I paid $3.19 for puddings and for the sugar-free popsicles I paid $6.97 at Winn-Dixie I noticed over the last couple of weeks there are products that aren’t on the shelves anymore and I’m really considering whether I even go back to Winn-Dixie or not they should be in line with the other grocery stores with in a 1 mile area. Far as price goes whether it be Publix or Walmart I just don’t see with the prices of food and everything why they’re cost is more and while their not price checking at other stores to keep them competitive making sure that their prices match up with other stores. Winn Dixie products are not any better than other stores around this area. I don’t feel like being screwed around a dollar here and there. Especially when there are other places within a mile away. I’ve noticed that Winn-Dixie has changed the name of products to something like live love life or something. I’m not really sure but I’m not even sure what that product represents and why they’ve changed the name of the products. I am willing to start going other places to shop even if it’s another mile away because I don’t see that y’all want to do anything but raise your prices and not be cost-efficient as you used to be....

Read moreWinn Dixie customer service is going down hill. I was at the seafood department for 10 minutes before someone finally came over and said do you need something. I went to the pharmacy and walked up to the counter and the cashier called someone else that wasn't even in line and told me he had been waiting longer than I had been standing in line. Not excuse me I need to get this customer first or anything just why do you have a problem with what I just did. Rudeness is not cute when I am spending my money. I will transfer my prescriptions to elsewhere even if I have to pay more. Maybe Winn Dixie doesn't care about losing customers Update: my experience today was not much better with the cashier I had. She was dragging and telling the person in line behind me how tired she was. Barely even acknowledged me. Winn Dixie Foley need some major customer service training. The one bright spot is that everyone is produce is always helpful and courteous. Maybe they need to train...
