As many times as I have waited for Hardee’s to open, this morning was by far was the worst experience I have ever had. I am running off of 2 hours of sleep but I still try to be in a good understanding mood. Hardee’s had 10 minutes until they opened and have had a line of cars wait through the drive through for way longer and never had issues. As I was sitting there the manager I assume it was came over the speaker and said “we aren’t open yet” with 4 minutes remaining until they open and I said yes I know I’m going to wait. Then he proceeded with “ well what did you want to order” I told him he said okay pull around. I get up to the window with the expectations of being greeted with friendly faces like in the past but it was the complete opposite. I said I didn’t mind waiting he no hesitation replied with “well you’re messing up my drive through time just sitting there” excuse me… but he also had an attitude and didn’t say anything else to me there was also a truck behind me as well. They lady who brought out my food once it was done I said thank you so much she gave me the worst look I’ve ever encountered with customer service. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for many years now and I was just really disappointed considering past experiences I’ve had… will be going elsewhere. Read moreI chose this place because the parking lot wasn't near as full for my lunch break as other nearby places and I just felt a burger would be different. When I walked through the front door there might have been 7 people in the dining area and the counter server was walking back to the counter from the trash can and said "welcome to uhhh..... Hardee's!". SHE FORGOT WHERE SHE WORKED! I ordered a #7 which is a 1/4 lb cheeseburger, and I asked for no pickles. I heard the server say it to the crew on the food line behind her "no pickles". Waited and got my food, filled my drink and walked out to my truck to eat. Opened the sandwich and found it was a regular burger without cheese and had 3 pickles on it. I walked back inside and after the server took an order she approached me and the manager cut her off with a hand-gesture and said "I got it" and looked at me. I opened it and said "cheeseburger, no pickles". She picked up the wrapper and all and slammed it in the trash can and as she walked past the server and said "next time make sure you ring it up right.". I looked at the server and told her I heard her and it wasn't her fault. They made a new sandwich and the manager walked past me and tossed the bag onto the counter. I wouldn't recommend the hwy 59 location in Foley. They don't have it together and the manager isn't very nice to the crew or customers...
Read moreThe food is great. The customer service was great from the front register gentleman. I gave such a low score due to the GM. She was so incredibly rude to her workers and also to customers. We were eating our food and listened to her be so disrespectful to a customer for not getting what he thought he ordered. His mistake but instead of her explaining it nicely she told him that she shouldn’t have to sit there and read the menu to him. And refused to fix it for him or even allow for him to pay the difference. This GM is out of line and has no respect for others. She got smart in front of a line of customers with the young worker at the front register. We are just visiting so of course we won’t be back but I wouldn’t spend my money there again if...
