I am huge fan of Chick Fil A. I have always marveled as the companies incredible customer service, but I had a very disturbing experience at the Foley Location. The restaurant has two drive through lines. After an order is placed, as the cars come around the building, the two yellow lanes merge into 1 lane so that cars can drive through on the pickup side as well as parked cars having capability to back out. Your manager was not merging the lanes and drive through stayed two side by side lanes the entire time blocking my car in. When I asked an employee to fix the situation. They said there was nothing they could do. Then I talked to the manager and he literally did not care as my car was stuck and unable to leave the restaurant. He literally looked at me and said, "That's your problem?" and then walked off as if he had better things to do with his time. So I called the police. Once he realized the police were on their way and he was going to receive a traffic violation for not directing the cars to follow the clearly marked yellow lines and merge. Magically, he found the energy to fix the problem. Funny how that works. I shouldn't be held hostage at chick fil A for an hour because your incompetent and negligent manager won't direct cars to follow basic traffic road lines. I've always been a fan of Chick Fil A, I've never experienced that level of apathy that a customer could literally be trapped and your manager not care until the police are called. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope you can work with your team to follow basic traffic signals that we all learn at 15 years old when we start driving and better customer service like actually caring when an entire row of parked cars are...
Read moreI've never had a bad experience with any Chic Fil A anywhere, until I visited this location. We've visited here before, and usually for breakfast. We've ordered a lunch meal at the breakfast hours too with no issues. However, this one day I attempted to order a chic fil a sandwich and fries with the rest if our breakfast order... the girl refused. She says they can't make that until lunch time. I know for a fact, that is not true. I've always ordered a lunch number 1 with my breakfast because my husband doesn't like the smaller chicken portions they serve for breakfast. What made it worse was that she said they just don't do that here. I did mention that we've ordered this before a few times at this location, she tried to argue with me that they don't do it. I know that wasn't the case. What made it annoying beyond that, the manager was standing at the window and acted like he didn't hear her speak so rudely to a customer. Then asked me how my morning was. So I told him exactly what he missed, since he didn't hear his employee rudely speak. Then he changed his mind, and made us the lunch #1. While this was all happening so fast, the lady who took my order was glaring at me like it was my problem. I noticed it didn't take them the usual 5 to 7 minutes to make this sandwich, so when I checked the meat size, it was the SAME SIZE as my breakfast chicken biscuit! We're gonna pass on Chic fil A in Foley Alabama. I won't waste my time or money to be...
Read moreThis place is horrible. My daughter worked here for a short period of time, they give no training to the employees. One of the manager named Becca Buck is borderline verbally abusive to the "female" employees. When my daughter asked for help reaching something out of her reach she informed her to grow up and to get out of her butt. She slammed into her numerous times with her body and with cups. Chris another manager threw a milk shake and then her to clean it up. She would work 10 hour shifts with no lunch break(that is against labor laws). When I had to go to the hospital and she was going to be a little late he was very nasty to her. When I finall made her quit Becca told the other employees " good, don't let the door knob hit her on the way out. What kind of manager stands around and talks about children? One answer... Becca. Becca also had a underage girl working a machine in the back that has a tag on it that states that you must be 18 to run this machine. Becca has also grabbed the same young lady by the wrist and pulled her to the back. This restaurant also does not require the employees to wash their hands and will pick food up off the floor and then SERVE it. This place is ridiculous and dirty. I will never step foot inside chick fil a again. I have never seen and heard grown people in a management position behave and carry on the way these people do. To claim to be such a Christian and family friendly restaurant, they are surely...
