Smoothie King — Restaurant in Foley

Stood there while 5-8 smoothies were served to customers before me. Keep in mind I placed my order before they did.. plus I only ordered 1 smoothie. Nobody even bothered to follow up with me even though they kept making eye contact with me? As if im standing there staring at them for 20 minutes because its good for my health?? Where's the customer service? Where im from i frequent smoothie king 3-5 times a week and I was excited that a location was built down the road from where I'm now living. After that experience I guess I'll just have to buy a blender and make my own smoothies cause I'm not about to waste my time like that ever again. Oh, of course all the kids working there were more worried about gossip than making my smoothie from what I noticed. Lots of ppl back there talking but...

I come to this location often, and I always order the same thing. This time however my smoothie tasted like watered down powder. I called the store and tried to explain that I always get the same thing and this one wasn’t right to which the girl replied “I made it myself that’s how it’s supposed to taste but I’ll remake it”. Look if you’re telling me it’s how it’s supposed to taste, I really don’t want you to make me another one. I hate that I had to throw it down the drain because they are on the expensive side. WOW, this is by far the BEST smoothie king I’ve ever been to. I wasn’t really sure what to order, as i’ve only been here one other time and the manager, Alexis, was SO friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend making a trip to this smoothie king. I am so impressed and will definitely be coming back. I’ve never had such a great experience, they seriously made my night. Thank you Alexis...
