Service has gone downhill and workers are very unfriendly. I have been coming here for many years since they opened and have always tipped very well and enjoyed the service with amazing coffee, on my recent visits i am not even told hello and i even stood there for almost 5 minutes as the workers giggled and gossiped and didnt even acknowlege me. very sad as you are loosing a long time customer i unfortunately wont be back as i am not giving my money to a place that cant even tell me hello when i walk in. crazy how this is acceptable now in days. i have worked customer service for 15 years and this would never fly. ill stick to Temple Coffee they have beyond wonderful service...

Decent pastry, but the coffee was flavorless. I stopped in and asked if they had any decaf brewed, The barista said they didn’t but assured me they could make me a decaf Americano instead. The Americano tasted like hot water and the half ounce of almond milk added to it but was otherwise flavorless. I was also surprised to see that they used very cheap almond milk despite branding themselves as a specialty coffee roaster.

Stopped off here bc we didn’t want the standard Starbucks. My boyfriend who is NOT a coffee drinker and who only has had Starbucks drinks asked for something similar to a caramel frappe, the young lady behind the countered laughed and we joked about it. I ordered my drink. Everyone around us were getting their names called expect for us. The young lady looked at me and said “your drinks have been sitting there” with an annoyed look and tone. Guess we didn’t fit the standard EDH customer which means we don’t get good customer service like one either 🤷🏻‍♀️
