Bobaology — Restaurant in Folsom

I have been there 3 times now and I have been quite pleased with everything I have ordered. The crab wontons were so crispy and delicious. I love pearl boba and theirs is so fresh and tender... not hard and gummy... polite service and it's usually quiet and calm in there, as far as patrons, though the establishment plays music over the speakers and it's been music I personally like every time I have been in. I love the frequent boba-er incentive program and the weekly specials that are available but it seems a little ageist to say students need to be 21 years old or younger because it shouldn't matter when a person is trying to better their life through education whether 17 or 76 ijs if you have a valid student i. d. it should be accepted. other than that, I don't have anything negative to say. I ordered a black sugar caramel milk tea, i told the order taker that i want to have a 25 percent sugar cuz i cant take too much sugar. She told me she dont have a way to lessen the sugar content because it was syrup, I asked her like how many pumps do they come with she didnt answer me but she told me she could make it 80 percent sugar. So i told her thats fine. But when i checked there website I could change and lessen my sugar in my drink that disappointed me. It was ny first time being in that shop. I could barely drink my milk tea and threw it away cuz it was too sweet and she doesn't know what she is selling.. i just wasted my money in there and shouldve gone to the place where I always get my bobba.NEVER RETURNING TO...

Yesterday, I visited Bobaology and had an absolutely terrible experience with their customer service. There were three employees working, including an Asian woman who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was not only disrespectful to me but also to other customers—I witnessed her treating everyone with the same level of hostility. Her attitude completely ruined my day. My children used to enjoy going there, but after this incident, even they agreed that we should stop visiting. This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly urge the management to address it...
