I made a reservation for 12pm to have brunch with my mom for mother’s day. We waited over an hour for our food. About 20 minutes in, we were told that our ticket printed wrong and the waitress needed to verify our orders again, but that the kitchen was making our food already she just wanted to make sure we got the right stuff. We gave her our entire order again. When everyone around us started getting their orders, we questioned the waitress and that was the last we saw of her. 2 other staff members came over and we were told “well it’s busy” and “sorry it’s taking so long”. We were also then told the waitress was telling a different story that she never told us our ticket was messed up. She did, that’s why she took our order again. My father had to insist we get our food immediately and the manager we spoke to said “well she is a very trustworthy person so she wouldn’t lie and you guys were already trying to get your name pushed up the seating list earlier so” I was appalled! I said no ma’am I had a reservation at this time and here is my name and she said “oh”. You must have me mixed up with someone else and you should communicate with your staff! If your customer service is lacking and you are swamped, own up to it and apologize. If you lost the ticket(which is what we suspect), just say so but don’t tell me my food is cooking and it’s not. Don’t lie about a misprinted ticket and being too busy. And definitely don’t question the integrity of me and my family as honest paying customers with a reservation who waited over an hour for their food. They refused to give us the information of someone we could speak to about it.We will absolutely...

Manager Elizabeth was very rude!!

Last week I called this location to reserve a table for our family mothers day. The hostess that took my call and information at that time said that they will have a manager call me to confirm this on saturday the 4th of may. Told them the size of our group was 10 and that we wanted to have it for 1pm.

I never received a phone call on saturday or sunday.

I called them today to confirm the information and the young lady Karley who answered the phone was very helpful and she said let me get my manager to help with this.

I started to speak with Elizabeth and explain to her my problem. She then said are you sure you called the correct location. I told her yes i'm sure. She then said we cant sit 10 people. I told her I was sorrry but they took my information on the phone and said someone would call me back. I said well I gave you location the information and she said in a very rude tone well we didnt confirm so...

I told her that she didnt need to be rude and she laughed and said she is not trying to be rude and that if we came it would be first come first serve and that if we had ten people she would have to split up our group.

I called the location back and was told that the owner is named Lou and when asked if i can speak to him they didnt have information for him and would have to get that info from the manager.

I have gone to this location a number of times and no issues and I know its mothers day and they are busy just dont think she had...

I have never wrote a review in my life but was so disappointed in the service I felt I needed to. First I had ordered a chai tea latte and the waitress brought a regular chai tea. I very politely mentioned that I had asked for a chai tea latte she said “Oh you did?” And took it back as she was walking away she made a face. Then when she brought back a chai tea latte I tasted it and it was horrible. It was like she just added milk to a tea bag brewed. Even my boyfriend said it was horrible. When another waitress came we told her and she took it back. The next time I did get my chai tea latte however it was not very warm but I chose not to say anything. We then got our food but my omelette was wrong. I had asked for no spinach and it had spinach cooked through out it. We waited for the waitress to come back to the table but after it was clear she was not returning my boyfriend got up to find her and tell her the omelette was wrong. They then had to make me a new one. By the time I got my omelette my boyfriend was done with his breakfast. The waitress only apologized for messing up the chai tea latte not even that she got my omelette wrong or that I had to wait for a new one. They did not even offer to comp me the tea!! Are you kidding me? You mess up 3 different times on my order and you can’t even comp my tea. The receipt even showed that I asked for no spinach. I am very disappointed and will...

The mimosas were great…the food was mediocre. Even though the food was mediocre, we definitely enjoyed our experience at the mimosa house. Service was not the greatest but we were watching and our poor waiter was taking care of all the tables outside and several on the inside so we don’t fault him for that. He was very nice regardless. Their were a s*** ton of mimosa variations (never seen so many)!! The two that I had, The Pink Bikini and Naughty Girl were very good!! They definitely topped the champagne off right…left feeling nice and tipsy after just two drinks. They were super cheap too, for the amount you got…$6 a pop. Forgot to take a pic of the initial poor but it was filled to the top of the wine glass. The omelettes we got were The Folsom and The Main…not bad…mine felt like it was missing flavor and my husband said his was slightly fishy…but they were definitely edible!!! We also got the carnation fried pickles which were really good…highly recommend…my son REALLY liked them!! Lol. This place was VERY dog friendly too which was a great plus!!!! I recommend going!!

Parking: it is not that hard to get there. It is very easy to park depending on the day, but since there is a supermarket there, it might be a bit hard to find parking. Overall, it is not that complicated. Appearance: I love the look on the outside and where it is located. This place is very much located near the folsom lake. Also the inside of the restaurant is a bit small but they also have outdoor dining. It is very cozy. Food: The food was absolutely delicious. I ate this when it was two days before Valentines Day. I had the crabcakes sliders (on their Valentines Day special menu), and my best friend had the hillbilly burrito. Honestly, if you like some sauce, the best one is the hillbilly burrito. Service: People are so nice there. They are very polite and caring. Like one waitress accidentally dropped our food but gave us another one. And they checked our table to make sure we had a good time. I give this place an 8.5 out of 10 for sure. Definitely recommend.

This place has gone downhill in the past year. The food is hit or miss, which is probably why it's dead everytime we visit. The servers are nice, but don't really pay attention to you after the food is brought out, even if the order comes out wrong The food never tastes fresh anymore. The oil always tastes rancid. Bacon cooked to burnt. Fruit tastes like it's been sitting for several days. Note to servers- when you're steaming black coffee to save yourself from making a fresh pot, that's just poor service. No one likes watery coffee that's luke warm, and tastes a day old.
