I went to try this place out today, I called and asked if they could toast the sourdough bread and the girl said yes they could toast it. I placed this order online. When I walked in the customer service was 1/10, I was not acknowledged by the man or girl at the counter. The girl finally asked if I had a to go order and I said yes and my name. She said it would be out soon. It was already almost 5 min past my pick up time. She had really no communication with me and gave me the bag and drink cup. I walked out and came back to work, the sandwich was not toasted it was microwaved, totally soggy. I asked for light mustard and there was mustard everywhere in the box and the sandwich was covered in it. You would have thought I asked for extra extra mustard.

I called and the man answered, he seemed very put out over this. I stated I could not come back as I only have a half hour lunch break. I requested a refund. He stated he would do so, we will have to wait and see now.

I understand being new and up and coming however my co worker ordered from them on Friday and she got back to the office and her sandwich was missing chicken which was the only protein on the sandwich and she had to take it back. I thought to still give benefit of doubt to their business and thought it was a mistake and that happens.

Not off to a great start. Hopefully they can fix their issues. If I go back I will wait...
