Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Folsom

This location is just awful! Last time I visited the drive thru I ordered a strawberry milk shake and was upset to find out that they are just vanilla shakes with a strawberry flavored syrup mixed in at order. How I found this out was because they failed to mix my shake all the way. There was about a half of an inch of pink syrup at the bottom of my glass. I didnt notice it right away because it was late and dark outside amd when I took the first sip it was straight syrup. Yuk! I gagged and called the store once I got home. I explained to the manager my issue and he gladly put my name in a book to get a free one at a later date. About a few days later I stopped by to get my replacment shake and was served by the rudest young girl. She was clearly new and didnt know what she was doing and gave me an attitude like it was mt fault she was so confused. A manager came to help her EVENTUALLY and as she was helping me out the young girl was laughing at another customer in the drive thru who clearly had a speach impedimentor some sort of disability, I have worked with the disabled in the past so this deeply offended me. I personally would have AT LEAST given this girl a write up for inappropriate behavior. I'm truly disappointed with this locations services and mannerisms. I'm also upset with the values they allow their employees to openly express while on the clock. Not only am I giving this location a low rating for the food/drink quality but I am also scoring them based on their professionalism and behavior. Smh. Thumbs...

I was doing DoorDash and I I let’s get a one wrap. I was picking up the order and I told Les get one burrito for me and they gave me this I love this place no but what today happened at Folsom location I asked them four times I want to veggie wrap I have checked it online that they can make a veggie wrap and I had confirmed from them, but I don’t know why did give me I know maybe they don’t have it but I asked them for time also at the drive-through Mike and also at the window I make sure to ask them twice make it veggie, and they said yes, we will make it veggie but this is what I get you guys can see in picture, if they don’t have the veggie so then just say no that they don’t have a veggie chicken wrap I used to order in Rancho Cordova from Jack-in-the-Box veggie wrap but this is unbelievable. I cannot believe that they just gave me a chicken wrap I don’t hate this place, but they gave me this thing if they don’t have it veggie wrap they should have said no that they don’t have it. So far every time that I've come to this Jack in the Box in Folsom California. The customer service has been outstanding the food always fresh and with the amount of people that they have in the store they get things out in a very timely fashion and I really appreciate the staff so far I've ran into a couple of the members of Team including manager. But it's one member of the team that always stands out every single time that I come he's here on Saturdays and the team that's with him most definitely backs him up and together they get the job. he's running both drive-thru in front as well as assisting making the food when needed. I'm not sure if he's a manager or if he's just a regular employee but he's amazing his name which I hope I get the spelling right is JONTELL great energy Lively personality an extremely enthusiastic young man.
