We went on Tuesday around 6pm for dinner because of Kid eats free promotion. The restaurant was quite busy but we were seated immediately. The service was friendly and attentive - the servers checked on us several times and refilled our water. However, docked one star because it was a bit pricey. - Cowboy burger with waffle fries: the burger is huge! The meat was super thick and filling. The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Lots of bacon pieces and fried onions! The sauce was delicious too. The bun was good but the bottom bun was soggy. The waffle fries were superb! They were crunchy and not overly salted. I love how the fries have a light coating on them! Delicious! - Beer battered burger with garlic fries: the burger is huge and filling - even my hubby could only finished half. The meat was juicy and well seasoned. He said it was delicious and would ordered it again next time. Garlic fries were delicious and there were lots of garlic pieces. - Kids burger slider with fries, orange & churro bites: this was a complete meal for younger kids. A small slider (my kid opted for no cheese) was good. The fries were crispy and delicious. I took a bite of the churro and it was good: crispy and had perfect amount of sugar.

If you don't mind spending $40 for lunch, this is a good spot. Each pint of beer is $9 and the cowboy burger with Thai mango salad was $28. Was it worth it?!? Yes it was. I just wouldn't go to U of B for lunch often. The Folsom location does not have live music as the Roseville University of beer. This location hosts trivia night on Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. . They are known for offering a wide assortment of craft beer on tap. You're only allowed two samples per guests, so choose your beer wisely. My waitress was amazing and attentive. She gave me privacy when it was needed, yet she was there when I needed a refill. I would recommend this location have live music on the patio. It would bring in more customers. Also, to have more reasonably priced happy hour specials. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

Came for a beer, some food, and had low expectations but WOW we were blown away! David J. was our server and he was fantastic from start to finish. We sat out on the patio because we had our dog with us and David instantly brought us (including our pup) waters. My boyfriend had the veggie burger and garlic fries (sooo much garlic delicious). I took a swing with the Korean skirt steak and it paid off. It was soo flavorful and balanced perfectly with the cucumber salad. I took 1/2 home to have for lunch the next day. Also dogs eat FREE which was so unexpected and fun. The dog meal of rice, chicken, veggies, and a fried egg looked so good, I wanted to eat it myself! We will definitely be back!

I recently went to this restaurant for the very first time to try their endless wings and appetizer Monday night special. While the wings were very Hardy and good size and the appetizers were also quite large I was shocked to find out there were lots of hidden costs in this special. It order for you to participate in the endless wings and appetizers which currently is 2199 per person, you also are required to buy a drink which is an additional cost. Most places that serve Wings you get ranch or blue cheese as a dipping sauce but at this place they don't tell you, but if they offer it to you they charge you. In the time that I was there with my guest we received four tiny little ramekins of blue cheese and we were charged an additional $2. We didn't even use the blue cheese but we were charged for it. So beware if you want dipping sauce of ranch or blue cheese they will charge you for it it is not included in the price of your wings and appetizers. So by the end of the meal with tax and tip it came out to $31 per person which was a bit pricey for two servings of wings and two servings of appetizers each. I will warn people with your appetizers do not get the fries or the pot stickers they are large portions and they will fill you up and you will not have any room for additional wings. I would stick to the wings and the green salad if you want a side or you can just get all wings which you'll get the most bang...
