Fond du Lac Mancino's — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

I ordered online from their website at 4pm Saturday knowing they open at 3:45 and Saturdays are a busy day. I ordered for 5pm delivery and paid with my card. I was given a coupon code and tried to use it but it didn't work, however I brushed it off. I continued my order and paid in full with full expectations that as was confirmed with the first email at 4:07pm my order would be here at 5 to 5:15 pm. However a mere 7 minutes later I received another email stating that our order wouldn't be here until 6:30 to 6:45pm. There is absolutely no logical way so close to opening they were so swamped. I tried calling both the Google and website listed numbers and was hung up upon or received busy signals. I decided to drive there at 6pm to figure out where our good was as I had very hungry young kids who have a 7pm bedtime. As I am a mere block away I get word the pizzas have finally arrived, however as I am almost to the business I decided it would be good to double check I had the correct phone number. When I went in to the counter the man who came up, refused to give me the establishments proper phone number and dismissed me by just repeating that they are extremely busy today. If you have a busy pizza restaurant you should have more than 1 phone line and should not hangup on customers calling. Also you should have a website that controls the amount of incoming orders to help ease the load. I'm no stranger to the world of pizza and the delicious options that you can apply to a slice. Nor am I a stranger to the various side options each establishment has to offer. Mancino's Pizza and Grinders has had little chances to disappointment me, most times I leave the place with a ripe full bully and a jubilant smile from the flavors that still dance on my taste buds. However, this time I decided to stray away from the known and place an order for delivery. I wasn't feeling pizza today and decided to go with some chicken, both tenders and hot wings, and a side of their fries. Upon receiving my order from the gracious and kind delivery person, ( I wish I had tipped you more because your speed and jolly presence with a positive beat in my drab day) I noticed that everything besides my wings were reminiscent of Tyson's frozen foods. The chicken tenders were slightly, lacked authentic appearance, and the taste brought back horrid memories of under-prepared middle school lunch. The french fries were thinner than the veins that protrude from an elder's skin, just as limp as on old man, but the taste was adequate. The shining beacon of the entire "meal" was the hot wings. They looked, smelled, and tasted delicious. Overall, Manicino's is obviously not known for their chicken and fries, they deal in pizza. They do what they're known for well. We went to Mancinos tonight, 7/1/19, because we were given a gift card. My husband and I both ordered meatball grinders which were good. My daughter ordered spaghetti and meatballs and she said it was gross and wouldn’t eat it. My other daughter ordered the chicken tender kids meal. The chicken tenders were disgusting and reminded me of what you get in the grocery store freezer aisle. She did eat the fries saying they were ok. My husband tried to order some sides, the onion rings and Mac and cheese ball appetizer things (I forgot what they were called) which both they were out of after they took his payment. They told him he had to choose something else and he settled with some potato appetizer that kind of looked like mozzarella sticks. He said they were gross so he didn’t eat them. The staff seemed uninterested in helping anyone and I watched as the joked about not having onion rings. The place was dirty and looked like it needed a good cleaning and the women’s bathroom was disgusting. The toilets wobbled and there was a big hole in the wall.
