Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

Was up there visiting on July 16th. Stopped to grab my sister coffee. Was charged for an extra drink I did not order. Coworker took my info down and said ill recive a refund in about 3 days. I never received anything, so I called. Coworker took my information down and said she'll have manager call me. Manager called and left message. I texted back and she offered to leave me coupons. I live 2hrs away, im not driving 2hrs to get coffee. Manager said she'd mail them. I waited and waited. I texted her a few weeks later...she forgot to send them and said she will. I waited some more...I texted her a week later, she said she'll send another envelope. Still haven't recive anything and now im thinking, usually coupons are only redeemable at the location you recive it from. Im not driving back up there for coffee, I have a location by me. I just want my money back, but Manager seems to be giving me the run around. It's been over a month and im done...

It's my favorite place to buy my cold brew coffee. But I went today at about 7:15 pm and ordered a white mocha with an xtra shot. It looked super white and sweet but you couldn't taste the coffee, it just tasted like milk. I didn't return it because I was already home and I wasn't going out again. It's not the first time I've bought it, but it's the third time it's happened, twice early in the morning and tonight. I don't know what's going on, but some people are messing up with the exact measurements so the flavor doesn't change. Guys, try to always make it the same way so the original flavor doesn't get lost and you don't lose customers. For me you had 5 stars but tonight was terrible, it ruined everything. Today I felt disappointed, my night was ruined. I still haven't lost...

Scooters copy is amazing. I always order a flat white and occasionally in the summer an iced latte. The drive-through is easy and super efficient.

The staff at scooters is very knowledgeable and are willing to substitute or switch it up anyway to make you happy.

The coffee not taste delicious but comes in a variety of options, including my favorite of asking the staff to brew my coffee at 130° so it’s drinkable and I don’t burn my eyebrows off. Lol.

We really enjoy coming here and we always have a great coffee experience. Thanks to the hard-working staff who always takes such good care of us. We appreciate you all.
