Review Oct 27th, 2024] My husband went through the drive through and ordered zucchini fries. Instead we were given chili fries. Husband didn't check the order upon leaving the drive thru. We drive on the other side of Fontana just for the zucchini fries being the best around for many years even stated in my previous review post below. When calling to make things right we explained we cannot drive back again as my husband has dialysis and we live far. Adrian very unprofessionally hung up on me said there was nothing we could do. I called back and got acquainted with Mia who did resolve the issue but not in a manner in which showed empathy and ownership of the mistake on their end. Not even apologizing for a member in leadership hanging up on me and my husband on two different days. I even told them I understand mistakes happen and their speaker box is hard for them to hear and it was a simple mistake with a simple solution. I stayed polite and collected and thanked Mia for the solution but she still mentioned, "I will do it for you this time but next time this happens you have to drive back." So hopefully if this happens for someone else its not on their dialysis day, and you don't live on the opposite side of Fontana. This was very disappointing and handled poorly on management. Also someone who works in leadership I would never allow a leader or associate to hang up on a customer, especially when the mistake was on them. I was being respectful and polite. I will now want to take my business to another location. But again, Mia thank you for the solution.
[Review 2020] I drive miles for this location just to enjoy their fried zucchini. They cook it just right and give a really large portion that comes with ranch dipping sauceš I am not a fan of their beef taquitos as they taste very blan with no flavor. I do recommend you add chicken taquitos to your menu. Also a quick and efficient drive...

When I called to let them know they advised me that I could come back and they would give me what I ordered or if I would like a refund. I asked for a refund but was told I would have to go back for the refund and waste my gas. She did not offer anything for the inconvenience I asked if I could have the corporate office phone number and she said I would have to call tomorrow and speak to Phil in which I agreed I would . I asked for her name so that when I call and speak to Phil I can let him know who I spoke to but was told by her that she āwas not in a predicament to give her nameā and didnāt feel comfortable giving her name . Umm ok. That was so weird but then again this is the new generation so I shouldnāt expect any less. Iāve worked in customer service for over 25 years and when something is not correct we correct it , apologize and offer something for the inconvenience instead I was told I had until Friday to come back she was not rude but lacked empathy and it was clear she didnāt care . Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased a BLT sandwich lightly toasted.i went to the drive-thru at 7670 cherry ave, fontina,,ca....when i got home my bread was toasted hard and burnt..the outside was dark but they turned it on the burnt side where lettuce and tomatoe was. I had no intention taking it back but this was what i had. This was my first visit at this location..i called to ask for a manager to explain what happen..the persin answered said that i had to bring sandwich back and receipt..i wasnt given a receipt had explained that i ate what i could but i did take a pic of the burnt bread..never received a call back so i went to speak to manager explainedwhat hapoen in a professional way he then told me that i could have had that sandwich a yr ago very sarcastic, started talking loud voice where the other customers could hear conversation very unprofessional he told me thathe wouldnt re-make sandwich..or give me my money back the guy that waited on me through drivethru admitted he did not give me a receipt..manager wouldnt give me his name..he loud talked me told me not to come back people always come up with excuse.i was not asking for nothing it was just the principle burnt and no receipt his witness..i dont understand this ..WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS RESTURANT AGAIN I WAS TOTALLY DISRESPECTED...
