When I walked in and went to the printing center I was never greeted by anyone. I waited in line for 10mins while more people lined up behind me and I was still never greeted or acknowledged. No one ever told me they would be right with me, no one apologized for the wait. There were only 2 people in the printing center, the guy employee was helping a woman with her flyers and the woman was doing something with the printers, but they both looked annoyed and looked like they did not want to be there, the girl who was not working with anyone directly could have looked up and acknowledged all of us customers waiting in line to let us know they would be right with us but her and the guy employee made every attempt to avoid eye contact in our direction. Seemed like there was tension going on with the employees or something. Finally another employee came to help from another department but for some reason he started to help the people from the back of the line first ? Which didnt make sense, once he helped me he started handing me part of my order that I needed printed, he told me the rest was still printing, I stood in front of the register so that I could pay for my order, and the guy employee who was from the printer center saw me and had a facial expression of that showed he was bothered I was standing there and pointed at the guy who was from the other dept and said hes helping you over there. He gave me the impression he did not want to help me at all. So I asked him, is there a register over there where my orders being printed? he said no. I said okay, Im just trying to pay for my order, and he said oh okay and charged me for my order, but the whole time he was so bothered that he had to help me. After he charged me he gave me my receipt he did not say thank you or have a nice day he did not say any sort of parting greeting. It just seems like this store is unorganized, and has very unhappy employees. I will not be returning here to purchase anything anymore this was by far the worst customer experience...

Problem one, your manager was yelling at an associate right in front of me which I thought highly unprofessional. I'm here every 4-6 weeks buying ink, not once has one of those employees EVER been aware of the current promotions ,they have ads in front of their faces, flyers on the shelves, ad on the door, but when I bring up the promotion they look dumbfounded and act as though I have caused them some great inconvenience. Some of these employees have gone as far as to argue with me over promotions that they have flyers plastered all over the store for. I think more time should be spent making these employees aware of the current promotions. update completely satisfied. After the service I received a few days ago, I did a survey and left a review. The store manager, Danny, emailed and apologized for what had happened. When I went back yesterday, Danny provided great service as did the associate that was there the other day. I'm very impressed at this turn around. They went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed. Although the printer I had in mind was not in stock, they were able to recommend a different one that seems to be working great for me. However due to a disappointing experience and lack of customer service from the manager/ supervisor on duty I am not sure I will return. I was in to buy a computer desk and I was exited because all the Realspace Magellan L-Shaped Desk & Hutch were on sale. When I went to purchase the rep. let me know that the offer had expire. I kept calm and let him know all the other offers for the same model ended on 1/2/21. After we took a walk back and he saw that what I said was true he began to research and then told me that the specific model i wanted was actually a different model number. Honestly, as a customer its not my problem if the associates and manager do not complete a check to make sure all rollbacks have been updated. There is also no excuse during this times as the store activity has been low due to the current pandemic. I been in the store multiple times this year and never seen it when an associate or a manager was not free. Most managers on duty would have honored that was posted on the item as its there mistake. They (manager/associate) just apologized for the confusion. I don't believe this is the correct solution. I hope OfficeMax reaches out to me to work...
