My experience with Les Schwab in Fontana was nothing short of amazing. I came to them a week ago for a tire rotation on my Tesla Model 3 and everything went so smoothly that I was in and out within 20 minutes. All questions I asked the tech beforehand were standard practice as I came with TPMS lights on all around and left with proper PSI in all my tires with me only mentioning it to the tech after the rotation was complete. I asked the tech if they hand torqued their lug nuts after completion and sure enough they did. With the speed in which they completed this job I had reservations it was done properly, but all of my nerves were calmed when all of my questions were met with the fact that they already intended to do it the way I requested it done as their standard practice.
This review, however, is more so about an issue I came across with rotating tires on my other car, a Rivian R1S. I made the appointment the same as I did previously, and when I went to the appointment, Jared notified me they would not be able to complete the job due to the car requiring specific jacking pucks needed that were unique to the Rivian brand. So while Jared turned me away that day, what he did next was the sign of stellar customer service. He acknowledged that they are servicing these cars more and more, and as such, made it a point to order the jacking pucks to have on hand for this job and future Rivian servicing.
Once the pucks arrived, Jared was great at giving me a call back to reschedule and we were able to complete the job a few days later. I was appreciative of the fact that Jared could have easily turned the job away due to not having the necessary equipment (Something in all honesty I should own having a specialty car like this), but instead chose to go the extra mile to ensure it could be completed. Keep in mind, this was for a complementary tire rotation so there was little incentive to do it other than to earn me as a future customer, which they definitely have when it pertains to tire and alignment need
Thankful for the honesty and exemplary customer service displayed by Jared and the Fontana Les Schwab team. Will definitely return for all...

Read moreBeen taking my jeep to this location for maintenance since they lifted up my truck I had encountered nice people that is always willing to work. However on my last tire rotation the front passenger tire was loose and it started making a click sound that was progressively getting louder. At the moment I had to move to the Bay Area for work so I took my truck to a Les Schwab center near there. They found out that the tire was not properly installed and it damaged the rim and the tire pressure sensor, which was exchanged at not cost to me.
I mentioned this situation to Patricia at the Fontana location, she completely disregarded my concerned and became defensive about the situation, I verbalized that I was not complaining, I was just trying to informed her of the situation so they could be more careful when handling my car for I value my life and my safety and my family’s as well. She started rolling her eyes and giving me a nasty attitude.
I requested to speak with the manager and he was a polite and stated “I would handle the situation with her”.
As a business people like her should not be allowed to deal with costumers if she cannot out her personal perception or feeling to get out of hands, I mentioned to the manager that this situation could’ve been handled differently for I was not asking for anything or demanding any type of compensation, I was simply letting them know of my situation and to please be more careful next time.
I would definitely switch to the Rialto location, just to avoid the awkwardness of dealing with...
