Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Fontana

Jacky the manager was so amazing! My co-worker and I stopped in there after a long day of working outside in the heat. Jacky greeted us upon arrival and was super helpful when I ordered my meal. She was even transparent with anything that may have an up charge. My co-worker didn’t order but she offered him a cup of water and reminded us to stay hydrated in the sun! Jacky was a bright light and happy energy and I was thoroughly impressed! I have not met such a wonderful food service employee/manager in recent memory which is why I felt compelled to leave this review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My food was delicious per usual! Unfortunately we had a bad experience. First, the parking is not customer friendly. If you park to go inside you better hope the person waiting for drive thru is nice enough to let you out or you can be waiting for a long time. Second, I ordered a BBQ chicken salad and it was literally just lettuce, chicken and bbq sauce. No tomatoes, onions or bacon as described. My husbands burger and fries were cold and had to warmed up to eat. This caused the burger to become soggy and the fries limp. We also had to remind the girl at drive thru for our drinks. I would put the burgers above carls jr/BK but below five guys or in n out. their fries are better and more consistent than in n out. The seating is kind of an issue, there are only like 4 or 5 tables inside. there are some outside but they are very close to the sidewalk and i would honestly feel unsafe eating there for all of the transients that walk up and down sierra. also they don't give out water cups which is whack and not very christian. should diabetics have to pay 3 bones for tap water?...
