GLADYS the supervisor has the most Horrible customer service!! Very sad the way she is towards LOYAL customers!! They had got my order wrong in drive thru & i called in for them to fix their mistake she had me come in to get the meal fixed, I had my receipt to get the order remade and fix their mistake,
When I first walked in, I heard them talking about me and it was very weird as I was at the counter waiting. No one approached me and then they asked me. Oh, is there something I could help you with and I said oh yes, it’s me Moe the one that you were talking about right now to your coworker when I had a call at first they gave me incorrect names that were not their names so when I had went, I heard them talking about that situation . She got mad that I heard them over talking about me so she called her manager Matthew and told him not to replace my order anymore. She said he could replace it if I wait there at the counter for two hours sarcastically I was with my six-year-old daughter which we waited there for about 40 minutes and she kept changing the time on me while I was waiting she was rolling her eyes and giving me very dirty look she kept going in the corner, talking to her coworkers and also, calling the Matther the manager, telling him not to replace my meal anymore. She got mad that I had called corporate on her and made a complaint about her attitude towards me a customer that she had promised a meal replacement, but her nasty attitude did not give me my food back. Read moreI placed an order through Instacart and was notified that my food was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the store, they told me they had run out of chicken and that it would take about 9 minutes to prepare my order. I waited in the parking lot, but it ended up taking 25 minutes, while I saw several drive-thru customers being served.
When I checked inside, the staff seemed confused and even laughed when I asked about my order. I then had to wait another 20 minutes before finally receiving my food — a total wait of 45 minutes after being told my order was ready.
