Habit is there any working number for your location? I have tried to call the number listed online, on your website & it goes nowhere? I ordered food from your location last night while I was at work, over $30 worth of food plus delivery fee. The person who picked up my food, took it to a unknown location dropped it off on the ground & when I got the message it was delivered & saw the photo he sent I called multiple times he refused to answer at first then refused to bring my order to where I gave him clear directions of my job location, I even told him I'm at work & can not leave! I contacted doordash, they tried to contact the driver & ask him to please bring the costumers order to the correct location, he even told them he refuses & to stop calling him. Doordash tried to reach your business as well by the number listed & they told me they couldnt make contact with you guys to dispute this. They were trying to get my order replaced & a refund for everything that happened. They submitted a web form & I submitted one as well for a refund & about what happened. This was so unprofessional on his part, I was very upset & in shock that someone would do something like this knowing a person spent money on their food & they never received it. I'm so disappointed & I just want my money back for a purchase I never ended up receiving. I love the habit. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this location. I spend over 30$ here. I waited over 15 minutes in drive-through, (No one was in line) for my food. There was a manager and 2 associates in the back laughing and talking, wish they were back there helping the cook. Lady who took my order was very dry and had a bad attitude, not sure if she was one of the managers. When I got my food, they gave me the wrong salad. I really needed this lunch for my 12 hour shift. This Habit is now my favorite restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere is better than any Habit I have been to. The employees here are amazing and are so kind and courteous. I have an autistic daughter and it is difficult in many situations to take here out to eat due to people who are rude and uncaring towards people with special needs.
