Such horrible experience I had today 4/2 @ 3:44 pm. From the first seconds I entered the place, we were not even felt welcome since they don't even greet the Customers as every other fast food places do out there. When I was placing my order, the guy "who later told me was " The Manager" had a serious/angry face. To that point I thought to myself, maybe he is having a bad day and I placed my order and thanked him. When he brought the food I realized it had eggs, which upsets my stomach and I try changing my plate. I told him I did not know the plate had eggs, and politely asked him if he could please change the plate for me, he told me with a straight face and in a rude way he told me he could give me 50% and I refused because I barely had touched the plate and he said because the description of the plate said it had eggs and I should hace read all the description, I told him that was my bad, but he dis not care!! The point is not the money but his nastittude!!! I told him I was returning the plate and he just said okay. Practically he ripped me off $10!! I did not eat and he ruined my afternoon. If you are given a manager position, at least know how to treat your customers so they can come back. I may not make a difference, but if more customers feel the same way I did, you will loose business and If you don't like your job and don't like treating Customers with courtesy, change jobs and maybe the owner will get more business. That is what other places do and they have more Customers that this...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were undecided as to where to eat. I suggested Pick Up Stix since he was in the mood for Chinese Cuisine and also because we had never had it before. So we got off to look at the menu. From the beginning were were greeted, when we informed the gentlemen at the register which we later found out his name is Scott that it was our first time he started to explain the details of the menu. He took his time explaining the meats and the popular items including his favorite daily dish. I ordered The orange peel chicken with fried rice and noodles and my bf ordered his recommendation of the House Special with steam rice. Scott included some egg rolls on the house for our first time being there which was an unexpected but very thoughtful gesture. I must say that the food is very delicious, savory and flavorful we were not disappointed. After our meal I wanted to talk to Scott to personally thank him for his hospitality and outstanding customer service. It was a great pleasure and experience dining at your restaurant and at this location we will definitely be returning back to...
Read moreMy husband and I ordered 2 shrimp lunch combos curry, and garlic. First of all, the carryout wait was nearly 20 minutes. And the food was not at all impressive. 5 or 6 tiny shrimp, with a mountain of rice. My husband's curry shrimp had a nice flavor to eat. As for my garlic shrimp, I smelled, nor tasted any remnants of garlic..... At all. The veggies stir fried with the shrimp were good, the cream cheese wontons (which came with the order) were good, but the texture was soft, and the cream cheese wasn't warm, leading me to believe they just make massive batches at a time .....sigh.... Lastly the chicken and vegetable egg rolls. Well they were fried to perfection! Pretty color, but the meat inside was barely there. And it just had no flavor. My husband and I were really hungry, and really disappointed. Trying to save time, left our pallets unfulfilled. Totally wished we took the drive to Red Chilli, in Redlands way better food and bigger proportions We will not be...
