Here's another honest one. I feel bad that I have to review this location when it's the issue, and it's been with more than a few locations when I try to get a drink I enjoy at very knowledgeable Rancho location on 19th. I just visited here and right away they want to see what they can get started for me I asked if they know what goes in or if they know how to make a certain type of drink that has a certain name. The girl responded quickly with we don't have that here. Then I kind of like shift in my body tone and close my eyes I'm about to walk away and she goes Dino what goes in it? that admit to the fact that I asked her oh that's not on the secret menu? Again she says no. Many locations have a secret menu and I've seen it is listed, but maybe it's not on theirs. Seems like it would be a good drink and it's very rude the way the customer service comes across and how I have to dismiss now this location and every location because it's not my job to actually formulate the drink and know how much what goes into it. To try to a man expect a certain consistency of taste each visit. I would rather hope that the employee at Rancho is valued and that she doesn't go anywhere actually there's a couple of them there and they have a really thing going for your coupling or franchise. However at this location it was just very much like felt like you just got to know what you want and they just want to help you get out. Read moreWe went to order a mango mania and a smoothie bowl today at this location less than an hour ago. Waited at least 30 mins for our drinks (2 drinks!!) and the cashier completely skipped our order ( the larger order after us got pushed out first for some reason ). Not only that, she forgot to make the one of my drinks. Good thing my brother reminded her and we were able to leave with both the smoothie drink and smoothie bowl. My family are frequent customers. This is the first time the service is this bad. I worked in smoothie shop before so I understand it can get busy on a hot day, but hopefully the cashier(s) can be more attentive to the orders instead of chatting away and get side tracked. Every time it go in, I make sure I smile and say hi and I get nothing In Return. After I placed my order with jasmine I thought “okay I’ll still be nice and say thank you”. She ignored me and walked away. So I said thank you again and still nothing. I bet her co-worker will try to cover for and say she did say “you’re welcome” but she didn’t.
