My husband and I are very particular when it comes to our seafood, so we approach new dining experiences with a discerning palate. During our recent visit, we decided to sample several dishes, including the tacos al gobernador, which were stuffed with perfectly seasoned shrimp and topped with a zesty cream sauce. The Caldo 7 mares was a delightful medley of fresh seafood, featuring an array of fish, shrimp, and calamari in a rich, flavorful broth. We also indulged in the empanad. Came here for the first time because I was craving some Aguachiles, and it did not disappoint! I got the regular order of aguachiles in the botanas section as well as a taco de pescado. Both were very very good. The fish taco tasted very fresh, the taco was STACKED and the breading wasn't too thick. 10/10 would get more than one next time. The aguachiles I got it with the salsa negra. (They let me try the green sauce as well and they are both tasty, the salsa negra is definitely a bit more spicy) it was fresh and clean tasting.
