Edit: Reply to owners 1st response: I would gladly pay for extra salsa and lemons, Charge whatever you need to charge, were not asking for handouts here, however we did not recieve the red salsas AT ALL and only 4 lemon slices for an order of 10 tacos to feed 2 adults!? comon man! We're paying customers that expect you to get the order right the first time. This has been a recurring theme in this place and its the only taco restaurant in Fontana to have this kind of problem of which im starting to think management is behind and supporting this kind of behavior, i hope you see that as you read your many previous reviews. Its a shame because our church has been coming here for a decade but enough is enough and we will now be taking bussines elsewhere.

The worst customer service from any taco place me and my wife have ever experienced. The cashier girl was very rude and unprofessional and refused to even give her name! When we asked to talk to the manager she says he'll call us back and hung up. Surprise surprise we never got a call back! We had called twice to make sure our door dash order was correct and they still got it wrong. They are always so stingy with the salsa and completely omitted my wife's red sauce even though we asked her clearly to make sure its included. If the owner cares at all about this business he really needs to do something about that cashier girl thats destroying its reputation and whom many others have also...

A local fravroite for lunch during the weekdays, until recently, the cook tried to pull a quick one on me hoping I wouldn't notice. ordered a custom burrito to my liking (as vegan as I could possibly make it) with French fries and a drink, $12 dollars,after a semi-long wait I get up and I noticed the burrito was already made and set aside and was just waiting on the fries to cook, during a customer (in a hurry) kept complaining about about the wait and what to add to his order, the cook presuming he ordered a burrito, went ahead and tossed my burttio into a plastic bag and handed it to them, customer right away looked inside and unwrapped it and then said he didn't order anything like this and went on about what he ordered and handed it back, 40 or so seconds later my number was called with the fries ready now, I get up and automatically said I don't want that burttio he touched it, but in my best Spanish (which isn't so great) and asked if what can be done, cook sworn the customer only opened the bag, I replied "then how'd he know what was inside when he handed it back?" Being called out he blurred out "I'll just make another then". Hovering over, I made sure he didn't try to slip the first burrito onto my tray. I suggest keeping an eye on the cook when...

Read a post on google from owner anouncin new vegan burrito and I went the said the don’t have that …….. no manches Owner vegan is the word YOU usedin the by owner section anoncing burrito on wheat tortillas with lettuce tomato onion avocado etc. i said no carne ! They wanted to give me bean n cheese burrito I specifically said vegetarioanoNow serving vegan friendly burritos! Homemade Spanish Rice, boiled beans, onions, cilantro, hot sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, freshly sliced (in front of you) Avocados, and mounted on a whole wheat flour tortilla! No guilt! Pure satisfaction! And absolutely Delicious!!! Nuevo ahora complaciendo a los vegetarianos! Arroz casero, frijoles de la hoya, cebollita, cilantro, chilito, lechuga, tomate, question, aguacatito picadito enfrente de usted, y envuelto en una tortilla de trigo! No se culpe por comer!...
