I walked into mcds and as i was approaching the teller the women states “were only accepting cash right now” assuming i only had a credit/debit card. Also she truly though I WOULD actually believe THAT MCDS only accepts CASH As if this is the Stone Age. So I walk-out get cash and order the cheapest item on the menu and waited in the lobby until another person orders and no less than 5 mins later a male walks in and pays with??? Gueeees WHAT A Debit/credit CARD!!! Omgosshhh but I though they were only accepting cold hard cash?? LOL hahah. So I ask the manger “BRANDON “ (that was supposely his name which I’m sure is a lie to) I though you guys were “only accepting cash “?? And he stated “at that time we where”. ALL I did was smile calmly at him and give him a thumbs up. I wasn’t rude to him I didn’t say anything negative or disparaging to him but as I was walking away he felt the need to add in such a condensending tone “THANK YOU!!!!” And I turn back to him And I said in such a polite tone of voice “excuse me??” And yet again he states in the most condensening way “ I said thank you!!!” LOL. Read moreGood customer service is at such a low these days. This place is no exception. Last week, during breakfast rush, the woman in drive thru clearly needed a nap. This morning I ordered via the mobile app which is some bull jive in and of itself, but noticed I’d been waiting awhile, so I went in because honestly I just wanted some strawberry jelly with my order. I go in, long line— all is normal— until I ask the men in line if they’d ordered. They said they’d been standing there and no one had even addressed them yet. A few minutes go by— one taller manager looking lady walked by didn’t greet anyone, take anyone’s orders. So people began to be impatient and call out to the employees for at least some acknowledgement. One of the ladies starts going off about how we need to be patient because she has no one to work the register today (sounded like a “her” problem, not ours) — told us we needed to wait. A few people walked out. I had already paid for mine and presumed asking for a refund would take even longer. All she needed to do was come up and let people know the status. “We’ll be with you shortly. We are understaffed”. But nope. And they want to be paid fif— oh nvm. However, usually when you go through the drive-thru it takes a while about 15-20 minutes and I didn't have the time so I decided to park and actually get off my vehicle. Now when I get off it wasn't that busy inside. So I went up to the cashier to order because I don't like the touch screen iPads to order and sometimes my eyes glare at the screen and when I went up there there was a lady filling up the cones. She didn't even bother to acknowledge me or say hello. I mean I understand you're doing the job, but you're slowly inserting cones one at a time. The least you could do is say hello or I'll be right with you and then you had another person who look like the manager going back and forth to get a slushie and she also made direct eye contacts with me and didn't even say hello or anything. I was standing there completely unattended or not even acknowledge for about 4 minutes and then after that I said okay. Obviously they're not going to want to help me even though there are plenty of people who are helping with the cooking.
