Went to this location, ordered a pizza at 8:50. Walked in to pick up my pizza at the time given when it was suppose to be done. I ordered my pizza with extra sauce and toasted parmisian crust. Got in my car checked my pizza. Had no extra sauce and it was made with thin crust. I go back in for it to be corrected. I want what I paid for. They tell me they ran out of all types of crust buy thin crust. So I dont want it cause I cant stand thin crust. So I ask for a refund. They say they cant do refunds. While I was standing there people were picking up their pizzas with pan pizza. In the store it has a screen with peoples names on it with whos next. When I ordered my pizza my name was the only one on the screen. So basically they lied ti me. They just don't want to admit they messed up. They need to fire the girl working the cash register. So has no customer service skills at all. Shes lazy and has this tone of voice like if she is high or something. She acts like you are bothering her. My thing is why continue making peoples pizza wrong for the next 3 hours if you dont have the right crust. Plus on a side note this location never has the deals like other...
Read moreIf I could give this location 0 stars, I would. We always order lunch from this location and something wrong always happens. We'll be missing a part of our order or the order is not on time, even though they deliver to our work all the time because everyone at the Target warehouse orders from them. We never complain because we understand that stuff happens sometimes but this time, however, it was by far the worst experience!! The app and text notification said our order was out for delivery but it wasn't. We spoke to an employee that said that our food was barely being made, but when we talk to the manager he lied. He said our food was out for delivery then said it wasn't when we told him what the other employee said. The manager was laughing at us and not taking the situation seriously. We only have 30 minutes for lunch and being that we are repeat customers, we were upset at the situation and more so how it was being handled. We spend at least $200 every month on pizza, but not anymore due to the rudeness of the manager. Never ordering from this...

When the Pizzas arrived, they were both Sausage and Pineapple. I called the store, was hung up on. I called again and asked for the manager. I was told he was busy. I was asked to leave my name and number. I was told he would return the call. No call that night. I called the next morning. I did reach the manager. After explaining what happened, he issued a store credit for the entire amount. On Friday the 18th, I called to use the store credit. For my wife I ordered a pizza with onions, mushrooms and black olive. For myself I ordered double sausage and black olive. When they arrived my wife's was correct. Mine, however was completely wrong.
