Mr J's Char Burgers — Restaurant in Fontana

Ok so I ordered delivery through Uber eats so I can only rate em purely on their food but let me tell you I'm freaking blown away I got the double Cheese burger with Pastrami added on and it was Amazing super every bite was packed with flavor not to mention I was surprised at just how much pastrami I got on there alot of places skimp out when they do add ons when I grabbed the burger bag I thought they accidentally gave me 2 burgers. I also got the Chilli cheese fries with Pastrami and I underestimated how big that plate was gonna be I expected so.ething decently sized due to the Price but Not a whole to go box stuffed to overflowing and what seems like a pound of Pastrami on top. Unfortunately very disappointing this time around. I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. I used to bring my daughter when she was little for beakfast on the weekends. I can still remember when she would place her little hands up ask me to raise her at couter's level to request pancakes and sauges. Food was always good, however as of late the quality of the service and worse the food has greatly suffered. Today I ordered a NY stake sandwich, I had not eaten all day long due to a very busy day at work. I was expecting to enjoy the meal. But as I took a bite it not only tasted bad but it smelled disgusting. I returned it, and was given a partial refund at my suggestion, cause I had eaten half the fries before I tasted...

I went to Mr J's Burgers today (2/25/21) at around 4:18 pm. The employee taking the drive thru orders was incredibly rude to me. This is the third time this has happened to me with this individual. I drove up to the menu board to have my order taken and she very rudely told me, "What do you want?" I really wanted my food so I let the passive aggressive attitude slide, but when she asked me what drink I wanted she had a very nasty tone! I simply left the drive thru after this bad encounter. My family and I will no longer be going to this fast food restaurant. I do not want to be treated like this, especially when I have given my business to this establishment since 2012.
