Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fontana

The food is good. It's not super greasy or soggy like it used to be but that may depend on the day and the food prep team. But beyond that, I was rather annoyed that they discontinued the orange cream pop freeze and still had the sign out. I was told at the drive-thru speaker that they discontinued it upon request. I asked for other their slushies, and they said they ran out. I was looking forward to something sweet, so I settled for a soda and a nacho fries box meal, as I was craving some filling food. After payment and receiving my food, I had mentioned to the girl that they need to take their sign down for the orange pop freeze, as it confuses and upsets people that they can't get what they want. Her attitude turned sour and she snapped at me, saying they discontinued the product that morning. I was there at nearly 3pm. There was no reason for them not to take the sign down in that large...

This taco bell was one the best one that we've had ever been to. Just moved to the area and they have great drive thru management and their employees are all very nice and respectful. The orders were all 100% accurate on our first 10-15 visits . They used to add all the sauces that we request. We wre are at a point where we didn't need to check the order but not anymore. They've messed up the last 5 orders of ours. They forget the sauce and I've gone there 5 times with late night cravings but the drive thru has cones with a sign that their systems are down. I've gone to another location 3x and had the same issue. They can't seem to be open when I want them so looks like I'll have to switch to Del taco. As of 1/2/22 this will be the 5th time in 3 weeks that I've come to this location and it's closed. Don't even bother coming here, chances are this location...

Orders food on line through the app and went to go get it on Saturday 10/23 at 06:15pm got there and the doors are locked. The employee sitting at the table inside just stared and waved at me saying I cant go in. OBVIOUSLY! So after about 5 minutes I finally get someone to open the door just to be told “we’re closed right now” when I said I have a phone order I was told “yeah well we’re all on break, obviously we’re closed since there are cones blocking the drive though, you can come back in 30 minutes to get your food”. When I asked how do I just cancel the order she replied “well you have to call tact someone through the app and see if they can cancel it, we’re all on our break”. I will never go back to this location. Completely unprofessional, and to close at 6:30pm on a Saturday PRIME TIME DINNER HOURS...
