Wendy's — Restaurant in Fontana

Ordered through the drive through. They didn’t sell iced tea. My order was a jr deluxe , no meat with extra lettuce, tomato and onion with Asiago cheese, large fries. French fries were cold and the jr deluxe had no sauce and no onions 1 tomato slice and a tiny piece of lettuce and reg cheese, worst of all, meat patty particles and grease was on the bun, so they put a meat patty on and then just took it off. I had to park and get my toddler out of the car seat to go in to get my order fixed. They talk to the person that made and I guess showing her the order, she gave me the meanest look. I wanted to tell her, you’re the one that made it wrong not me. My new remade sandwich still had no extra veggies. And I never even got a receipt. So disappointing. I will not be back, if the employee feels okay giving me a dirty look, what a shame. And this is a new store. And to think these incompetent people want...

I came on November 3rd and ordered $32 worth of food, when I got home they didn’t add my spice sandwich. When I called I spoke to Alisa the manager about what happened and she said come back any day and we will give you one. I asked her how do you know it will be me and she said oh it’s okay just tell them you spoke to me. Didnt ask for my name or number or receipt information. I just came asking for the sandwich and q gentlemen told me he had replaced my sandwich last night. I specifically asked him “how do you guys keep track of situations like these?” And he continued to say he had replaced my sandwiches last night and that I had gone in with the same story last night. I haven’t back since November 3rd! Save your money and go across the street to McDonalds, they won’t steal your money and have way better...

Ordered two biggie bags and only received 1 ranch and 1 bbq sauce. When asked for extra they said they can’t. Then I offered to pay for them, but still refused to give me sauce, what am I supposed to do with two sauces, for two 4-piece nuggets and two order of fries.. customers should be able to buy more sauce if not given out for free.. also the manager there ALYSSA, is a terrible manager and doesn’t understand how to handle customer service and situations, very rude.. they also made me wait in front for my food instead of the drive-thru window, while the line was empty with nobody behind me, they are trying to trick their system to make them seem like they are good at their jobs.. this Wendy’s is a terrible face for the...
