On 4/6/2024, I visited your store located with the intention of trying a sample of your Frosty Ice Cream before making a purchase decision. As a potential customer, I believe it is essential to have the opportunity to taste a product before committing to a purchase, especially when it comes to food items.
Unfortunately, when I asked the staff if I could sample the Frosty Ice Cream, I was informed that samples were not available at that time. I was told is not company policy for me to get a sample. I was quite disappointed by this response as it hindered my ability to make an informed decision about whether to purchase the product.
As a loyal customer who has enjoyed your products in the past, I was surprised by the lack of availability of samples, particularly for a product as enticing as Frosty Ice Cream. Sampling is not only a courtesy to customers but also a crucial aspect of marketing and sales strategy.
I understand that operational constraints may occasionally limit the availability of samples, but I believe it is imperative for your store to ensure that customers have access to them whenever possible. This not only enhances the customer experience but also fosters trust and loyalty...
Read moreDONT GO HERE IF YOU PLAN ON GOING INSIDE. Haven't tried the drive through but going in is horrible. Half the time if you try and use a coupon with their app they can't do it cuz the system or if your lucky they have to take your phone and scan it at the drive thru register. I've come in before and been told by the manager "my cashiers on break use the kiosk." Almost every time I've used the kiosk it is either extremely slow or pops up error messages for a lot of things you try and order. Sometimes only 1 of the 2 kiosks are even on at all. Good luck getting the kiosk to scan a coupon QR. The drink machines have had half the drinks show not available and I have to ask them to refill behind the counter. And it was like that for a couple days. But hasn't happened often. The only reason I go as often as I did is because I work across the street and stop by at lunch. Interior is nice but minimalistic, but ac is cold as hell, so good...
Read moreOrdered through the drive through. They didn’t sell iced tea. My order was a jr deluxe , no meat with extra lettuce, tomato and onion with Asiago cheese, large fries. French fries were cold and the jr deluxe had no sauce and no onions 1 tomato slice and a tiny piece of lettuce and reg cheese, worst of all, meat patty particles and grease was on the bun, so they put a meat patty on and then just took it off. I had to park and get my toddler out of the car seat to go in to get my order fixed. They talk to the person that made and I guess showing her the order, she gave me the meanest look. I wanted to tell her, you’re the one that made it wrong not me. My new remade sandwich still had no extra veggies. And I never even got a receipt. So disappointing. I will not be back, if the employee feels okay giving me a dirty look, what a shame. And this is a new store. And to think these incompetent people want...
