El Patrón Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Forest Acres

**BEWARE THAT HIGH REVIEWS ARE NOT FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT - restaurant under new management !!!! * I looked up restaurant online to try new Mexican spot. I viewed menu, called listed number and ordered what I wanted. When we got home what I received and what I ordered were nowhere close. The amount of onions in this burrito was astounding! Impossible to eat! What I ordered per the online menu " el gallo burrito " two burrito filled with beef tips and beans topped with white queso and guacamole salad . What I received 1 very large burrito filled with chorizo, pork, beef, potatoes, TONS of onions . No guacamole salad , no beans ... Topped with white queso. I called the restaurant to get it fixed , only to get told it's no longer the menu for the restaurant, that what I ordered does contain what I received. Which I would not have ordered had I known it had potatoes, pork and especially onions considering I have gall bladder issues! The manager, when I told him what I wanted ( which is what menu described) he said " so what's that called?" I will never return and I advise that if you believe this is the same restaurant it was prior,that you check your food and don't expect the same quality! DO NOT RELY ON PREVIOUS REVIEWS THESE ARE NOT REVIEWS FOR CURRENT...

My coworker and I arrived and asked for a take out menu. We're were sat at the bar which was slightly cooler than outside but not by much. We ordered just three tacos all the way..we were handed a to-go bag roughly 20 minutes later..we left and when we opened our bag we found three of the smallest tacos you could imagine with just little bits of steak on them. There was absolutely no other garnishments. No cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes,... NADA. Needless to say we spent 16 bucks on Pita bread and steak chunks. I would never recommend this place. When you go to a Mexican restaurant you expect beans and rice with just about everything and certainly not tacos with nothing on them. I would recommend taco bell before this place and that stinks because...

Some of the best Mexican we have had. We stopped on our way down to Florida a week ago and had to stop again on the way home. Perfect cozy...
