Taco Bell — Restaurant in Forest Acres

I have been to this restaurant several times. While I have never received excellent customer service here, I have never experienced such slack, disrespectful and unprofessional service at this or any other restaurant in a long time.

I am a stickler for customer service having worked in the field my entire life. First, the cashier never made eye contact nor did she ask if I needed anything. She was more interested in the conversation she was having with her coworkers. I had the change as well as a $5 to avoid getting a bunch of change back. She snatched only the bill out of my hand and then slammed her window. My sister honked the horn to get her attention which she ignored and continued talking with her coworkers.

She never gave me a receipt and when she gave me the change back the bill and change were balled up in her hand. She gave me the change and the bag like she was getting rid of trash and shut her window without a greeting, eye contact or any acknowledgement.

All we ordered were nacho fries. We waited a significant amount of time for half filled, lukewarm fries and terrible customer service...yes I know...you get what you pay for. However, while this is not my favorite restaurant I have NEVER received this type of service on my side of town nor any other Taco Bell for...

I've JUST left Taco Bell earlier this morning and I was TUNED-UP and Soooo READY to enjoy my 2 CHICKEN CHALUPAS at the cost of about $5 and some change EACH!!! Truth Be told WE ALL KNOW AS TACO BELL CUSTOMERS THAT THIS PRICE IS TRULY OVER CHARGING FOR SURE But Occasionally you just wanna treat yourself to what you actually want and knowing that IF you can get it made with CARE it could be Worth It but that's ALL UP TO the STAFF making it. Unfortunately, mine was unnecessarily messed up and even though we went into a detailed discussion about them having PLENTY OF CHICKEN in the store this time since they were recently out last time. Worst Of All, Never got my CHALUPAS, they gave me the BEEF ONES that I had already explained I COULDNT EAT and didn't want at all. Now I had to wait an hour to finally stop because I'd been delivering Doordash at that time. And that's when I found out after taking my lunch break that I had nothing to eat and had to now wait until they reopen to ...

The only reason I even gave 2 stars for anything was because despite their incompetence in making our food as we ordered, the drive-through guy was very respectful and pleasant. If I could rate him without having it lumped into a general category of "satisfaction," I would give him the 5 stars for effort! But the food, as usual at this location, was bagged as if they were just chucking it into a miniature "garbage" bag. No separation of orders, just threw it all together. I already am not the biggest fan of Taco Bell, but they stay open past McD and BK. To me, I don't see how to order Taco Bell food. It already has a "million" choices, but they all look the same! It's all basically brown meat, brown beans, yellow cheese, seasoned rice all mushed together in various forms and shapes. And at a ridiculously high price!! My family of 3 had a $40 tab!
