Placed an order, did not receive an email with tracking or anything else pertaining to this purchase. A week later I sent an email to the address on their site....no reply. I then called in and the person that answered said the item could not be located in the warehouse and I would be receiving an email that day regarding refund. Never happened...never received an email more a refund. The woman on the phone did say that if I didn't receive an email to call back the next day, as if I want to waste my time. I sent another email and still no reply. I did receive my refund 2 weeks after the purchase date. Which I would have been fine with waiting if it wasn't that I had to play the guessing game or being ignored with no responses to my messages. This was the first and last time. Definitely will not...

Ordered something from here & didn't receive the item I ordered. Nor did they want to send me a return shipping label. They supposedly were going to send me emails/calls telling me what's going on with my order but I never received any information for my order. They also told me that they were going to send me a gift card or discount but never recieved that either....
