I came in last night around 9:45pm. Upon walking in the place was burning hot! I asked the cashier what was the cheaper option a fountain drink or a Jarrito. A small frame, fair skin woman with dark hair said Jarrito immediately. I ordered 2 drinks one lime one grapefruit. My total was $6.46. instead of switching to a fountain drink because it's no way that would be over 3.00. I took the barely cool drinks and asked for two cups of ice. Minutes later, I received it. The cashier asked did I want my receipt. I said "No". When she told me my total, was 6.46. I thought that was what I was being charged.
Today around 3:30 I called. I checked my bank account I have two transactions back to back for 6.46! I called immediately and asked for a manager. Horrible customer service! I told him the time I came and what I ordered, when I said I was overcharged, he immediately cuts me off over talking me about what was he supposed to do? He said do you have the receipt? I said "no". I advised him of the time and couldn't even suggest he ran the cameras back too see because he wouldn't stop talking over me. I even said sir, sir, a few times, just let me speak please! I had the bank transaction and he didn't even offer to let me show him. Customers make the business! If you have no customers- you would not have a business!!! I used to eat here regularly, but stopped after almost every time, I ordered a fish on the bun, it would be made a different way! The food is mediocre at best! Horrible customer service from the manager today! Talking to me like I'm incompetent, when you are to cheap to turn the air on. One customer had a rag to wipe the sweat from his forehead, because of how hot it was.We had a huge party, my friend traveled from Illinois and ate with her husband 2 kids also, and I had a friend there too along with my husband. She use to be a regular just like me but stop going there after to many bad experiences. She gave me the former owner Mustafa number, she advised that she believes it is now being ran by his son or sons. I will no longer patronize this business. I could get a cheaper better meal from another fastfood place. What makes them think customers don't matter all these fastfood options that are cheaper and better. I will dispute the charges with my bank Monday. Beware!! Always get your receipt no matter how small of a purchase! The place is burning hot. The air works, they are to cheap to turn it on! I know because when my friend stop one of the male workers and after an exchange he turned the air on. They want to make money and...
Read morePulled up to order at the drive through, first time, asked for a minute. Ended up waiting for 5min after politely asking if anyone was there a few times. Came inside to order, no one noticed i had parked because they didnt take my order. Cashier wasn’t impatient, but didnt come to work like she cared to be there. Other cashier was on the phone engaging in conversation. She got me my drink after locking eyes w/ me and asking if i ordered one. We’ll see about the food quality- especially with other reviews being less than 2 weeks old… I expected better and I expected different. If there have been changes, post a sign, if you don’t want to be at work, go somewhere else. Meals are a big deal to people- especially those out of state, and those working on stringent Hey Debbie, happy Tuesday! I just got a call from Idaho loans and they now have our mortgage loan. The person that I was speaking with told me that there is a 90 day grace period that they give us before our loan reports to the credit bureaus. I asked her if there was a way to waive this since Danielle and I are wanting to apply for a second auto loan sometime next month or in the month of November and felt that the different type of credit would reflect a positive on our credit report, however she told me that there is no way to change that. Do you think that it would make that big of a deal for the auto loan if the mortgage doesn’t reflect, or should we wait? We would not see the loan reflect on our credit report until February....
Read moreI had visited this establishment at least 2 times prior and really enjoyed the food. Today, however, I had a different experience. I ordered the seafood platter with scallops and shrimp. The food was AWFUL- everything was fried hard and covered with an excessive amount of seasoned salt. The fries tasted like they were old and reheated in old grease. The scallops were chewy and rubbery. I was so disappointed. My friend who had come with me politely brought this to the attention of the clerk as her food was also unappealing. She had ordered the flounder seafood combo which she stated was dry and also over seasoned with seasoned salt. The manager, Ian, came over to our table and instantly was combative and assumed we just wanted to eat and get a refund. We were not asking for a refund- we just wanted to bring it to his attention. He made the statement that, "So you're telling me, you sat here for ten minutes and enjoyed the food" as if to undermine what we had told him about it. I quickly pointed out to him the amount of food I had not eaten including the overcooked scallops and re- heated fries. I had only eaten a few of the shrimp and fries and after decided that I could not eat anymore of it. To say that neither I nor my friend will be back again is...
