Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Forest Lake

I have been a life long customer of Dominoes and every year there are less toppings until tonight there were no toppings! Every two weeks my Mom orders hamburger and onion pizza. Tonight there were no onions. We called them and had them pick it up. They proceeded to call me back, and tell me there were onions on there, but they were translucent. Oh I see, they are magic, invisible, onions... I told them there were no onions and then I asked to speak to the manager. The person on the phone told me he was the manager... I have many choices and will not go back! They were rude, dismissive, and liars. After years of ordering mediocre pizza's with never a complaint, I just happened to pick tonight to lie about the onions on my medium six dollar pizza? C'mon Domino's, managers come and go but customers around here are forever! They owe me a pizza. Been a customer to Forest Lake, MN for so many years, never complain even though sometimes I get missing items or wrong stuff didn’t bother to call them back but this time was something I could fix or let it pass they delivery a wrong order… a cold pizza full of BBQ sauce on top!!! 🤢I didn’t order that especially with my picky eater kids, but for some reason in their end looks like I did. The manager was so rude didn’t want to work things out, her name was “Kelly or Kaylee” I even offered to drive back to the store and return the whole pizza for a normal pepperoni one, she said NO! Dominos forest lake is a f show. Ordered online. Carry out. Went to pick up when the tracker said it was ready. They said it wasn’t ready. Sat around for 10 min. They discover the “pizza that wasn’t done” was mixed in with another pickup order in the process of bringing the other pickup order out. Brought it over to my stack and sent me away. Got to the car, looked & realized they forgot the dipping cups. had to go back in and request them.
