Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Forest Lake

Yesterday, my husband ordered a giant number 9 and I ordered a giant number 7. Got home with our sandwiches and opened up the paper wrapping to find that both were wrong. My husband can't have jalapenos and his sandwich (labeled #9) was covered in them. And the sandwich I got (unlabeled) was not the Pepe I ordered. It appeared to be an Italian sandwich, also with jalapenos. I don't know what the deal was with jalapenos. The boy making the sammies must have really wanted us to have them, but we never asked for them.

When we entered the store it was about 3pm and only one other customer in the store after us. No one seemed busy. We ordered 2 sandwiches without any changes or add-ons so how does this get screwed up? We spent $48 on food we didn't even order. $48 on 2 sandwiches is bad enough, yes they were the giant ones, but would expect them to at the very least be correct. Things like this is why me and my husband are eating out less and less. Used to be 1+/week before covid, Now, maybe once a month. Likely less now because this carelessness and unprofessional work happens time and again....

Ordered two subs and a wrap for delivery. Waited for just over an hour, and decided we would go elsewhere. Told my wife to call and cancel the order, as we were not waiting any longer. Called to cancel it, and they stated it was delivered a while ago, and they just left it in the entryway of the apartment complex! Asked why they didn't ring the buzzer that was literally 4' away, as I even put on the order "Buzzer at rear door", and they said there was a No Parking sign, and they didn't want to be towed. The only no parking sign on the property, is at the entrance of the driveway because of the fire lane! Went down there, and it was still there. Sandwiches were a soggy mess from soaking all the juice for that long, and not to mention it was 91 degrees in a non-A/C entryway where they chose to leave the order. Beyond angry! May as well taken that $41.00 and flushed it right down the toilet! Pay for delivery, and someone cant even push a door buzzer? Would give a...

Don't come here unless you want your kids to learn a few new bad words. I don't normally rate places but this was a horable experience! Not only are they expensive over $10 for one sandwich one drink and one cookie. But I didn't want subway so I pay the price. But while consuming my food the employees were dancing around to the extremely loud music. Which is alright have fun at work. But to take pictures of themselves with an excessive amount of money then throw it up in the air is ridiculous. Aside from that the type of music they were playing is not acceptable for a Family restaurant. One of the songs that I shazamed "Monster" By Dj Battle has quite a few foul words in it. One of which Fk,MotherFker and some otherwhat would happen if a parent came in with small children and that was playing they seemed as if no one was in the lobby and could care less what was playing on the speakers.
