Went shopping for my birthday outfit and the short light skin lady (im assuming she’s a manager bc of how she talks to the other employees) has a HORRIBLE NASTY attitude. She spoke to other customers with a nasty, condescending tone and me as well. Treat people the way you wanted to be treated. She also followed me the whole time while I had so many clothes in my hand. Should’ve held my clothes while I shopped since she wanted to tag along. I recently visited this store and was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to help without being pushy. Love the clothes .. love the prices.. but the 2 girls that were just hanging out having a good time doing not much of anything today April 5th. After asking for help trying to get a bra off the wall since my size wasn't were I could get it myself. After almost 20 mins of waiting on someone and asking twice. The girl who came to help with what i thought and said from the wall.. didn't even look for me. I won't go back in there again. Till u get some nicer folks...
