KFC — Restaurant in Forestville

I placed an order in, the drive through for an 8 piece nugget meal and the person who took my order said that it comes with 2 sides and I told him the side orders that I wanted and also asked about a big box and what it contained and he said it consists of 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides with a drink. I told him my 2 sides and drink and told him I had a coupon for that. He said ok. There was a bit of a heavy accent from the person who was in the drive through taking my order and I had to repeat my order several times but then he said drive around for the total. When I pulled up it sounded like he said my total was $15.76, so I gave him my debit card and he handed my card back but no receipt. A few minutes he came back with a very large order and I said what it that, because I only ordered two meals and upon checking in the bag I see a receipt that says $50.76!!! I told him that the order was wrong because I wanted an 8 piece nugget meal and he argued with me saying that I asked for an 8 piece meal! I asked for a refund and he told me that they don't issue refunds and to come inside. So I came inside and reiterated that I wanted a 8 piece nugget meal and he told me that I never asked for a nugget meal and that I was lying about what I ordered. I said why would I take the time to argue about an order that was supposed to be correct?! He said again that they don't give any refunds and I needed to contact corporate! I called corporate and they were only able to take my information and the operator said that someone would get in touch with me, but not sure when or if they would provide a refund! Smh. And the icing on the cake was that once I looked at the meals, they didn't even give me biscuits and instead gave me sesame sandwich buns because they were out of biscuits and didn't even notify me that they has no more biscuits! Customer service was horrible! 10 out of 10 don't recommend this...

If I can give them no star I would this place is disgusting I go to drive thru I order a lot of food that came up to 35 dollar they told me it’s going to be a 9 wait so I park my car went inside the store I started to notice the young lady fixing the food did not have on gloves she use her bare hand and stuff the wedges in the box, so I ask the cashier to look and notice her co worker not using gloves only bare hand she shake her head and I ask for the manager which she came right away I ask her why her employee back there using no gloves ain’t they suppose to wear gloves she said yes I’m sorry about that I’m going to tell her to use the gloves so I told her you supposed to make sure people using gloves people can get sick off stuff like that so she went back there and told her to wear gloves guess what she does get smart out her mouth I was quiet I’m not bout to go back and fourth with her what piss me off that she wouldn’t like if someone use there bare hand at any restaurant but because it was her that got caught she want to do the most I ask the manager for refund which she did.... please to whom ever goes there don’t go through drive thru make sure you go inside and watch how they fix...

This KFC is a nightmare. The customer service is beyond rude — one of the employees was flat-out disrespectful, and the manager (a foreign guy running the place) was even worse. They actually scam customers by refusing refunds, no matter how bad the food is. Once you buy the chicken, that’s it — you’re stuck with it, even if it’s nasty. I even found hair in my food. On top of that, they try to force you to buy what they say, and if you ask for something different, they get rude about it. To make it worse, the sweet tea was watered down like dirty dishwater. Completely unprofessional, unhygienic, and not worth a dime.The big guy working at this KFC is the reason I’ll never come back. His attitude toward customers is flat-out disrespectful — no courtesy, no professionalism, just rudeness from the moment you walk in. Instead of helping people, he talks down, rushes you, and acts like you’re bothering him by ordering food. Customer service is supposed to make you feel welcome, but this guy makes the whole place feel hostile. Absolutely...
