Big Woody's Sports Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Forks Township

Pulling up to Big Woodys, I thought it was going to be a tad pricey which is fine. The place looked nice, there's televisions everywhere. Its what you want in a sports bar and grill, except for the food and service. Where do I begin....well, I guess lets start with the food. I ordered an appetizer. Wing, onion ring, mozzarella platter. It was terrible. Wings were very tough to bite in. Onion rings were gross. The mozzarella sticks were sonic quality. Right after I get this appetizer my burger comes out. What a disappointment. Disgusting. It had a weird distinctive taste to it that reminded me of mold and spoiled milk. The fries were alright. Overall, the food almost made me vomit. Who ever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves and close it down. On to the service. My waitress was nice, but terrible. She was polite but doesnt understand what her job entailes. I am 100% dissatisfied with my whole experance at this bumshack. Waitress brough appetizers and main course out at the same time which took an hour. Drinks took half an hour. It all was complete garbage. I Strongly urge anyone thinking about going to this place to go anywhere else. This is the type of place that NEEDS bar rescue. Save your money and your tummy. I wouldnt eat here again if they paid me. I'm not trying to be mean or nasty, I'm honestly sick to my stomach that a place like this is even open. I wasted my time and money today by going here. We ordered from the Easton location and when ordering, we had a $50 gift certificate so we ordered exactly enough to use the entire certificate. At the end of our ordering, the guy told us our total was only $44. We asked if their menu prices had changed recently from what was listed on their website and they said no. We went over what we ordered twice more and he finally discovered that he was missing an item we requested. Then, when we went to pick our order up, no in the back was wearing a mask. Not the cook, not the delivery driver, not the lady who was going to grab the orders, not the counter person when we paid, NO ONE. It’s a state mandate and should be followed when handling other people’s food. Plus the delivery driver went in the cooler, grabbed a miller high life and pulled out money from his pocket to buy it. Even if he was off duty, he shouldn’t be getting it out of the back of the cooler himself. Then, when we got home, there were a bunch of things missing from our order. There was no marinara sauce for our stromboli’s that we ordered. We asked for mango habanero sauce on the side of our wings. They literally hid the sauce underneath the 20 wings and the food paper, leading us not to find it until after the wings were gone. We assumed it was the celery for that order since that’s where the celery was for the boneless wings. So it was just the sauce there and no celery. I wanted to start off this review by saying we ONLY went to this establishment because we had a free pizza coupon. Haven't been in years because we knew it has gone way downhill. So we go Friday night and we're sat. 20 min goes by and not one person came over to us so we left. The entire staff was on their phones as we walked out and I don't even think they noticed we left. I didn't want to go back, but we ended up back on Saturday again to try and use our coupon. Before we ordered I double checked with the waitress that we could use this coupon and I let her know what we wanted to order. Long story short, there was an issue with the coupon even though we asked beforehand, asked for a manager because we wanted to talk to him about it and let him know about the night prior. He wouldn't come out and they ended up taking it off at least.

You can't even walk on the floor because it's so sticky. There were flies everywhere, there were DEAD bugs in the cheese and our antipasto had mushy black/moldy lettuce that looks like it's been sitting for weeks. My friend has also seen a waitress grab ice with her bare hands. We ended up asking for box to take our greasy pizza to go because we were so grossed out. Absolutely disgusting and I will never go back. I'm not even going to call to complain because clearly the managers don't...
