McDonald's — Restaurant in Forney

So today I had placed a mobile order at this location around 12:35am. When I get there the girl on the speaker says she can’t find my order so we head to the window, we tried to show her that I had placed the order and the receipts because somehow the code didn’t show anymore. She just left the window and continued working at the back, so we pulled to the second window the manger says “that’s something on your end” and “we can’t don’t anything about it” and ignores us, they wouldn’t give us a chance to show them the proof we had that we placed and order. Few more minutes go by and they try to get us to pull up but I tried to tell them we wanted our food. They start getting upset and ask me what I ordered, I told them and they brought me the food only, then I told them I needed my Dr Pepper (it was a large because I upgraded) she comes to the window with a small saying “we don’t upgrade” “grab the drink” then she throws it on the ground because we didn’t want to grab it. She gets mad and comes back with a large drink and says “go back to school kids” and that’s when we leave. This even as a person is very unprofessional and rude. I wasn’t yelling at her or causing a problem I just wanted them to hear me out and give me my food. I took photos and a video of her saying that. I will be calling about it later today and contacting corporate. It honestly wouldn’t have mattered if I got my food or not because it really was $5 nothing I can’t afford it’s the fact that they were so rude about the situation. People who can’t handle customers problems shouldn’t work at fast food restaurants let...

After several random attempts to give this location a chance,, I’ve about had it.

Let’s start with the basics.

fast food restaurant, when I order a coffee or a soft drink ONLY.. why do I have to park? Twice, I’ve waited. Once in line for 5+mins,, shouldn’t the drink be ready by the time I’ve reached the second window?? Second, no one was behind me,, why do I need to park.. so that your numbers don’t show me as a waiting customer,, except I’m still waiting? I understand if I ordered a combo or two but again, it was drinks. I ended up still having to go inside to get the drink, with other peoples orders waiting on the counter. Definitely taking advantage of the park and waiting service. They forget who’s what or neglect the customer completely.

customer service, y’all 😮‍💨 The audacity to close a little window in a customer’s face! No sir, you’re not cute! The boldness to serve condiments with an attitude! No ma’am, you’re not cute! The cooks in the back used to be front line cooks, y’all been there since I was an employee and 🗣️🔊STILL continue to struggle with making orders.. even with the experience and new staff managers.

quality, gross and overpriced. Ordering a coffee is easier at Starbucks, here I order and pay for a regular and get a small, that’s always bothered me. The fries are never fresh, EVER. I shouldn’t have to drive to Terrell for junk food because it tastes better. SERIOUSLY, Terrell McDonald food was so fresh and hot. I was reminded of what it’s suppose to taste like. The women at this establishment were extremely rude and unprofessional. Me and my family are traveling in from out of town and we stopped at this McDonalds. We ordered 2 breakfast meals at the menu. The First Lady continued to rush us. After every item we ordered she constantly asking are we done yet and continually giving us our amount without completing our order. She completely closed out our transaction. So I had to order my meal at the window. I expressed I wanted my food made fresh. Literally seconds later we pulled up to the second window and the woman is already handing us our food. Which I didn't appreciate, when just at the first window( there was no one in line but us) I just asked for it to be fresh. I highly doubt food can be made fresh in the matter of seconds. And I didn't appreciate the women working rushing our food. They also didn't give us our drinks. We had to wait 10 more minutes( which I would not have mind in the first place). Altogether the service was rude and unprofessional. I understand this is a fast food restaurant but there were all grown women and none of them came at me and my family with the basic respect as a guest at their establishment.
