Preface: Night Shift, shift change with lazy workers that don’t listen to their higher ups, being disorderly and screaming profanity including the middle finger to other employees, I’m sure to guests as well. They smell like weed, the managers do as well. The adolescents I can understand with some form of social interaction being rude and disrespectful. The managers, absolutely no room for empathy for them.
We ordered inside through the kiosk during shift the receipt didn’t print for both of our orders kiosks 8 and 9. We politely asked an employee to look up the receipts to print it off for business records.
Unfortunately, these ignorant and poorly trained employees were unable to accommodate and brushed us off like it wasn’t a big deal. 30 minutes later our food arrives after 15 orders being prioritized on drive (thru) and talking to other upset customers that didn’t have a receipt or receive their order yet. We sat down and received our food, took a thorough look and had a quarter pounder and a Big Mac. Big Mac had onions, ( we requested no onions ) and quarter pounder had onions, and mustard on the burger ( we requested no onions no mustard ) this was all on the bags information label with our order number attached.
When we told the employee at the counter that had an issue with the burgers and that they needed to be remade. She had the audacity to say “We don’t make them like that if you requested them to not be on there” and WE insisted for the cold fries to be replaced with fresh fries for the inconvenience. She was being super snarky and said, “ why don’t you just eat your fries while they’re hot? “ I said back, “ I would like hot fries with my burger.“ The quarter pounder was remade improperly with mustard on it. At this point I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for another burger, so I just ate it. We were traveling and had a long road ahead of us, 6 more hours in fact.
If you are on the fence about eating her, save your self the time and eat at a sit down restaurant. Your food would be more enjoyable, made correctly, and you won’t have to deal with lazy, high, and incompetent workers.

I'm thinking since the drive thru is full that they have to keep cooking fresh fries, nuggets etc. I ordered a big Mac meal with a 10pc nug for myself and the Cheeseburger bundle for my son. First off they took the order wrong and the price didn't seem right so when I got to the window I ask the cashier did she have my order right and repeated it before I handed her my card, she assured me she took it down correct and kind of hurried up and brushed me off. Once I got to the window to get my food while looking at the receipt I realized that it was all wrong. She rung up the Big Mac meal correctly but 1 10 PC nugget and 2 Cheeseburgers.... I told the person in the drive thru window that I tried to make sure she had the order correct before I paid and the previous cashier kind of brushed me off real quick and didn't listen. They corrected my order 90% because I got home and was missing a fry still and all the nuggets were stale and over cooked after asking for them to be fresh. I dont like Forrest City Arkansas McDonald's at all, always a problem with the food and/or the service. I would rather burn gas and drive to another city like Wynne or West Memphis for McDonald's than keep eating there. Step up your game FC, cuz it sucks!!! Hire better employees who will serve correct orders. I think this is my last time. The front was super busy 1 employee ringing up orders and she was the only polite one. The older lady that was managing had a terrible attitude and kept getting everything wrong on orders while expediting. I've worked in the service industry over a decade and trust me this person had no business in hospitality let alone expedite especially management? The 3 or 4 times I returned to the counter to get my orders corrected as they came out separately, for 3 small hungry kids riding in a truck all day. She questioned me as if I had ordered incorrectly asked to see my receipt and was not happy to correct the mistake. Several times in a row. Mind you my kids eat the same things here everytime and like I said we eat at mcds constantly. Then my kids got upset they didn't have advertised toys which is not as big of a deal but then when I went at a different angle I had seen some in a case for sale? Maybe only ever have seen this a few times ever but sounds like they were just cheaping out. Like I said the only polite employee interaction here was the lady at the counter trying to tackle a lunch rush all by herself. Maybe she should be manager and the other one not.
