Arby's — Restaurant in Fort Atkinson

Walked in to an Employee behind the Counter let out a LOUD Burp!! How gross!! Lots of cussing going on behind the counter!! "Hello,you have Customers in the Dining Room!!!" Had COLD Curly fries and took them up to the Counter, the guy who burped grabbed them and said,"Fine,I'll make you new ones!" Not good Customer service at this location!! After waiting awhile,I went up to check on Curly Fries and no one was behind the counter! The back door was open and all Employees were outside with many smoking! When the came back in (None washing hands or putting on gloves) we still didn't get our Curly Fries!!! I didn't really want them now witnessing what I had just seen!! Still contemplating calling the Health Department!! THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY GROSS IN THEIR FOOD SAFETY PRACTICES!! WOULD NOT TAKE AN ANIMAL THERE TO BE FED...

On Saturday 12/28 1 pm we went inside to dine in. 1 table was eating. Rest of tables were empty. No cars in drive thru. At the counter we waited for 7 minutes with not 1 of three cared to take our order or come to the counter. There is a small partition between work area, they knew we were there as the guy came around the partition & said we would have to wait. So 12 minutes at the counter with no order taker, we left.
