old review Honestly, it makes me really sad to lower my review of this place. We've absolutely loved ordering from them for years. Since this new guy has come on service and quality has really gone down hill. Seemingly only when he's working though, it's still great when the owner prepares the food. The other guy made us nearly raw crab rangoon and very over cooked rice. He's also incredibly impatient and rude. Very unprofessional. After 4 or 5 negative encounters this last one was the worst. He literally answered "hello?" which prompted us to ask if we called the right number. He then told my husband to order faster. Hopefully at some point we can be customers again when that employee no longer...

As always my friend and I enjoyed our lunch very much. It was fresh, well prepared and delicious. I had the lunch Shrimp Chow Mein and Jim had the Cashew Chicken. The shrimp was flavorful and fresh. The vegatables were perfectly cooked, still crunchy, but nicely done. I knew Jim's was delicious because his eating of it was punctuated with mmmms.

We have been coming to China One for close to ten years. China One has always been our favorite place to go when we get that certain craving for Chinese food, which seems to occur often. They never disappoint.

Jeff is always very cheerful, friendly and accommodating. After so many years of going to China One he is more of a friend than just an owner of a restaurant. I think that Fort Atkinson is truly blessed to have such a wonderful...

We called to place an order to pick up, was told they can’t make pepper steak without onion, then he proceeded to hang up on me and tell me he was busy and to call back later. So, we went to the restaurant to order our food instead, ordered 2 sweet & sour chicken & one chicken with snow peas & broccoli, he made the one sweet & sour chicken & chicken with snow peas & broccoli. We were missing our other sweet & sour chicken, came back inside and told him & all he could say was he was sorry, didn’t give us a discount, or anything. After being hung up on, still having to pay for the food that he messed up on, him being rude, we will never be back to this Chinese place again. From now on I will drive to Jefferson or...
