Cold Stone Creamery - West Elizabeth St. — Restaurant in Fort Collins

Went into the store today, July 27th 2021 at 6:05. Two employees were working and I have not had this bad of an experience at one of their locations ever. I planned to pay for my ice cream with a promotional coupon I earned on the website Moocho. I redeemed my points for the app for the coupon for this specific location. I ordered and went to pay at which point they told me their tablet for the Moocho app was broken. I didn’t bring a wallet as they still advertised accepting the app, and I wouldn’t have bought ice cream if I didn’t have a coupon. I walked away at which point they decided to try and put my ice cream onto my girlfriends bill. I’d made it really clear I wouldn’t be purchasing it if I wasn’t able to pay with the method they advertised for accepting. One of the employees did give me the ice cream which I appreciated, however they were clearly frustrated about it and were incredibly rude in the way they spoke to me and my girlfriend after. I tried being friendly and telling them to have a great day when we left, however I got no response and dirty looks. The blond employee who was working was particularly rude. I ordered a coffee lovers creation and a Reese’s take 5 peanut butter pretzel blast. I checked in and they gave me a bag with my order. As I was walking out I noticed I only had 1 item, so went back to the register and stood there for a couple minutes before I could get someone’s attention. I let them know I was missing something. The guy looks at the receipt on the bag and says yet we don’t have the top one. I had to look at the receipt to see which item it was. Then he tells me I need to call them and see what they want…thinking to myself, who am I going to call me? I’m the one who made the order on your website, not a third party site. I asked for a different small with peanut butter cups. He got it ready and said thanks for waiting. I get home and they gave me plain chocolate ice cream with no peanut butter cup topping or mix-ins. I ordered a reeses shake and received chocolate milk, it was NOT shake consistency at all, I requested them to remake it and to their credit, this one was shake consistency but it was still just a chocolate shake. They were busy so i waited until the line was done amd the rest of the costumers left to ask yet again to have them remake it. Wouldnt you know its, this third shake was once again liquid, no where near shake consistency and I dare say worse than the first. I'm not sure if it had reeses although I'm sure it did but I just threw the shake away and left with out trying it because I didnt want to yell at anyone after a rush.
