We've been eating here for 6 or so years and it's still one of our very favorite restaurants hands down.
They expanded the restaurant which is nice. Before the expansion, it was sometimes difficult to get a table and there would be a line of people waiting to be seated when tables opened up. That didn't deter us though - the food is SO good that it was worth the wait. They now have two rooms with booths and tables.
Everything we've tried has been delicious. We've never been disappointed. The menu is quite large, so there's a lot to choose from and they are vegetarian and vegan friendly and have the menu well marked so you know which items can be made vegetarian or vegan.
Here are the things we've tried: Fresh Tofu Spring Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce Appetizer, Thai Ice Tea, Traditional Pad Thai w/Tofu, Crispy Wonton Pad Thai w/Tofu, Pad Se-ew w/Tofu, Pad Ke Mao w/Tofu, and Kao Soi (vegan version). Every single item was AMAZING! There are SO many more items on the menu we'd like to try but it's really hard to branch out when you have favorites you crave :-)! We drive to Fort Collins from Greeley for our noodle fix -...
Read moreHands down the best Thai food in Fort Collins. You'll find Thai dishes from all over Thailand here, not just the same old pad thai and curry you've had before. There are Northern Thai dishes, Issan dishes, really things from all over and everything is delicious. The khao soi is a very popular menu item. Khao soi is a northern dish made with egg noodles and chicken in a curry broth topped with crispy fried egg noodles and served with pickled mustard greens, shallots, and roasted chili paste on the side. It's a great place to start on their expansive menu. The only downside is that they are quickly outgrowing their small space. Wait times are often very long, so it might be a good idea to check how busy they are before deciding on it for dinner, unless you're...
Read moreThe food here is some of the best Thai in FoCo, trying to order takeout is a nightmare. On most nights you may have to call 20x or more and expect to be put on hold and wait longer. In my opinion due to their obviously high demand for takeout they need a person who knows how to do it. I sat on hold for 10 min after calling for 15 to be hung up on.
Edit: things here are WAY better. It can still be hard to get your call for take out through and I really wish they had online ordering, but the food is bomb. If you like it hot hot ask for extra thai hot and get some fresh chili. The old style pad thai is some of the best I have ever had, and I can assure you that is...
