Based on the rave reviews, I was really excited to try this food truck. When we got there, there was nobody else ahead of us and yet it took 25 minutes for our food to be ready. When I got our meal, I was sorely disappointed to see that my taco combo was very skimpy on the carnitas meat. Let me tell you about this beautiful hidden gem next to autozone, on Horestooth. The burritos are fire but the Birria OMG. I was hopeful about a food truck having authentic and delicious Mexican food, and it even gave off that vibe, but it was a flop. I ordered the nachos with pork, which were so mediocre.
