Unfortunately the lady at the front desk is the rudest woman I have seen out working in the real world. I have never regretted giving my money to the wrong place this much in my life. The lady at the front was yelling at a woman when I got there because she was having trouble with the menu. She was super annoyed at her. I sympathized because i was having a similar issue. When it was my turn I handed back the incorrect dish they prepared. I said I would like another dish made with what I ordered or I would like a refund. Gave them the opp to make it right and she laughed at me. The woman said no. Then started yelling at me too!! Like loud enough that the gas station patrons were looking over too. When I tried to show her the picture on my phone she aggressively blocked it with her hand. I finally got the husband that works in the kitchen to look and when I did that she came over like a bat out of hell and tried to rip my phone out of my hand. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED EVVVEERRRR. This place does not have morals or manners and the food is not even good quality. I should have gone to Panda express like usual. I will unfortunately be reporting them to the better business bureau because I don't reward bad behavior. THIS is unacceptable behavior. She acts like that because she is the owner. I'd put a lot of money on the line saying that I am not the only customer that came here once and never came back. WOW!! I used to run a small business I wanted to root for them. Not like this though. She didn't even care that she had customers sitting there eating. I am shocked. To anyone reading this peace, and, love, and DO NOT COME HERE. Sincerely, a guy that has your back and doesn't want you to waste your money, time, energy, or mood on this place. You get the same amount of food at panda for 2 dollars more. hint hint My comment gets erased daily so I'll be back to post this back up...
Read moreSo my Mom really enjoys their âSomething Differentâ but changes it up a bit. The night we ordered her dinner we had softball, which comes into the story in a bit, so we picked up her dinner brought it home and it turns out to be wrong, well we have no time to bring it back so we called and spoke with the young man that took our order, after explaining what was wrong with it, and told him we would bring it back the next day to show them what was wrong, he tells me that next time it will be free and to just let them know when I come in. So I order the same thing again and I go to pick it up and the lady that always takes your order and I am pretty sure sheâs the owner charges me and I tell her about what that young man said and sheâs like oh no no no no never no that ainât right and then again tells me how much I owe, so Iâm trying to explain what the young man told us, that the next time we come in it would be free, but sheâs still telling me No that we were never told anything like that. She should have handled this in a different way not just telling me No, she should have told me â I will talk to my employee and get back with youâbut nope thatâs not how she handled that, she just told me No and that was that! I think she is a very rude person and I am pretty sure she thinks weâre out to just get a free meal, thatâs not the case! Everytime I order something from there it ranges from $20-$25, thatâs money I donât have just to throw away.So I will never go there again. And this is for the guy that was behind me, listening to my conversation with her and not knowing the whole story behind everything, pipes up, and tells me to quit trying to get a free meal, and to quit holding up the line, so to you Mr. Should Mind Your Own Business because you donât know whatâs going on, stay out of other peopleâs conversations! So to you Sallyâs Kitchen adios!!! I give Sallyâs Kitchen a zero for...
Read moreSallyâs Kitchen is an Asian restaurant in the Loaf âN Jug convenience store and gas station on S Timberline Road, just off E Harmony Rd, in Fort Collins, Colorado. Orders are taken by phone or at the counter, and diners can eat in the spartan no-frills dining room, or take their food to go.
Sallyâs serves authentic Chinese food, and the food is consistently good. The Mongolian Beef, Teriyaki Chicken with vegetables, General Tsoâs Chicken, and Fried Rice with ginger and avocado, are outstanding. The chef forgot that chicken is a key ingredient in a recent order of Spicy Garlic Chicken, which was a major disappointment. Otherwise, the food is good.
Where Sallyâs Kitchen falls short is in their abysmal and non-existent customer service. I have placed three phone orders for takeout over the last two months. The first order and visit was problem free. The food wasnât ready at the time promised on my second visit, and the food order took over two hours to prepare the third time I placed a phone order, which is wholly unacceptable.
The person who took the order for my third visit said it would be an hour before the food would be ready. After arriving at Sallyâs sixty minutes after placing the order and being told the food wasnât ready, we were forced to wait another seventy plus minutes before the food was prepared and ready to take home.
Sallyâs Kitchen failed to communicate they were overwhelmed and having problems in the kitchen and offered no apologies for the interminable wait. They made no effort whatsoever to make a new customer happy. When I expressed my disappointment to the owner, my comment was met with a shrug.
While the food at Sallyâs Kitchen is terrific, the customer service is not, so I cannot recommend that anyone try this place out. Iâll be going elsewhere for Chinese food in...
