Food is good. Service could have been better. When they asked me for my name I gave it to them and when my food was ready they were calling out a completely different name. When I got home I noticed some of my order was missing. When I called to let them know that they forgot the chilli. They claimed there was only one that was charged. They pulled up the order and realized there was supposed to be 2.
They did apologize for their mistake and it did sound sincere.
They said I could come back and pick it up but I was already home and on the other side of Fort Collins. Then they took my name and said the next time I come in the bowl of chili would be on the house. How is it "on the house" if I already paid for it....
Its embarrassing and upsetting for me to get home to the family and realize someone's food is missing and they didnt want to drive back because of the gas and how far we live.
On top of that I didnt feel very welcomed in this restaurant. Other FireHouse subs I go to greet you when you walk in even when its busy. When we approached the register no one was there and when she came out didnt even say hi or ask how we were she just started taking the order not even a thank you...

That does not fix the issue. I noticed you do the same type of response to all of your bad reviews and nothing is ever fixed. An offer of a refund would have been appreciated since I paid for food that I did not recieve but since you cant even do that why bother...

Legitimately the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life, I ordered 3 sandwiches for me and my roommates, one of the sandwiches was completely missing, another was completely incorrect, and the third had a hair in it. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he took down my information and promised a refund or a free sandwich if I came in person. The next day I came in and gave them my info and the cashier told me he talked to his manager and he decided they didn't mess up my order at all and basically called me a liar and said they weren't willing to compensate me anymore going back on their word. Following this I called the store the next day to talk to the General Manager, he doubled down on this calling me a liar and saying they didn't actually mess up anything on the order when the entire order was messed up. I have never been treated like this by any company in my life and if you value your money or quality of food I would strongly suggest never going to this location. I will never be going to a firehouse subs much less this location ever again. I can't believe i payed almost 50$ to have our entire order messed up and to be mistreated by the employees and managers...
Read moreThis place makes really great sub sandwiches in both cold and hot varieties. Its refreshing that the quality of ingredients they use go above your average sub shop like Jimmy Johns and Subway. However where this location often struggles is good service. I don't need much when I order food from a sandwhich shop but I have had several times where they make my order wrong and I eat here usually once a week and get the same sandwhich almost every time. I can't help it; I'm a creature of habit.
I have worked in the service industry so I know patience and courtesy go a long way when you are a customer ordering food on a weekly basis. However where most food service businesses would eventually get to the point where they remember you or at least show some sign of recognition, there is nothing here. Sometimes I feel like I am staring into empty space as I look into the teenager's eyes that is taking my order and it makes me a little sad inside. Just kidding... Kind of.
In short, it would not take much to make this service experience great and the food is usually awesome. Just don't expect a memorable...
