I worked with Burnski Designs to make a T-shirt for a group of bat biologists. Dan was easy to reach and was very responsive, even at night and on weekends. The design I gave Dan was not made in a format that was optimal for printing so Dan asked an artist to redraw the design in a better format-at no charge!
