Very curtios employees. Willing to fix a food problem with no questions asked. Food was hot and fresh, with a very delicious new sandwich but, the second time we went there, we ordered the same sandwich, and it was completely different, in taste that is. We went home disappointed and then we figured it out. So we went back another time, this time we went inside and ordered our food. We ordered the same sandwich, but, we asked them, is there two different types of flavors for that sandwich? (one hot, one not)? They said, yes there is and then they explained them. We told them what had happened and we received a free sandwich and paid for the other. The dining area was very clean and somebody comes out continually, to check if somebody had left. They got right on it after somebody left. They were cleaning the area within seconds of somebody leaving. Wiping both table and chairs and bars underneath immediately. They all wore masks and gloves and tried not to touch the outside of the bag when they handed it to us. The people who took our order were Very pleasant to talk to. While we placed our order, there was a Female who appeared to be mgmt. We watched her to be upset with an employee who was vertically challenged. This female was very rude, rose her voice to him and demanded he bring the order back that he was taking outside to a waiting drive up customer.
This female holding a sandwich said he was forgetting it. The employee tried to explain what he was doing, she wouldn't let him explain. Then another employee told her the sandwich was for his order.
My wife and I went to sit, the dining room was dirty tables not cleaned. Our order was called about 6 minutes later so my wife went to get. We found the fries to be luke warm, the waygu burger was overcooked and dry.

The meat needed seasoning and was full of gristle. You take a bite and extra meat is pulled out of the sandwich because you can't bite thru gristle. The onion rings on the sandwich were soggy. Not going to order this again. It was $8. A lot to pay for flavorless gristle. UPDATE!!
