My kids were kind of let down with they're 1st Fort Frenzy experience. Very friendly staff, but quite pricey. The prices for most of the arcade games are $1.25 or more for one attempt. My 3 kids burned through over $150 in under 2 hours. So, bring plenty of cash. The bumper cars, laser tag, trampoline game, bowling, miniature golf and go karts are included in the admission pass and you can play those as much as you want. The go karts and mini golf were closed today because the outdoor temp was only 47°. Apparently they don't open those attractions unless it's at least 50° outdoors. This is not posted on their website and would have been nice to know prior to going. We definitely would not have gone today had we known the golfing and go karts were closed. We alerted staff to several of their arcade games that were malfunctioning and they did their best to refund our money each time a game didn't work. After the 5th time, I just gave up because I didn't want to hassle them anymore. All in all, it wasn't the best experience. But the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We may try another time, but only if the mini golf and go karts are open. I recommend calling them 1st to make sure all attractions are up...
Read moreI booked a birthday party with a host as we have never been to Fort Frenzi, I paid for everything as soon as I got there… we had the boys eat pizza then start to play, after an hour I had to ask who our host was because she did not help us or show us around at all!! Half the games I did not work, and the sweeper was down and the employee running it sat there complaining how much she hated her job and complained and was rude the entire time!! I asked where the bowling ally was and they said they no longer have it… no number boats either. Maybe you should update your website. I was asked twice if we were done with our room, we have it till 5, no help from a host that I paid an extra $50 for and they tried to push us out of the bday room which I also paid for. We really didn’t get to do all the things as we sat in line and our time was wasted. Never again.
Update: I received a call today and Jenn was super nice and cared about my experience, she said she appreciated my review, because if she doesn’t know she can’t find a way to fix the problem… she was very respectful, listened to everything I had to say, and I appreciate that very much....
Read moreToday was our first visit. My family drove almost 3 hours with their kids to come visit. We spent weeks planning this trip and we were very excited to go because my husband and I heard only good things about Fort Frenzy.
Overall, I am very disappointed with our visit with them. For starters, the staff was very very rude. No instructions were given to us regarding rides. We would wait patiently in line for rides, but staff stood around the cash register, chat amongst themselves, and ignore us. When we tried to help on ourselves, we were yelled out.
Staff claimed the go-cart track was too wet to run, but it is completely dry. They wouldn’t work with us in regards to an extension or partial refund. The kids were very well behaved, but staff continued to yell at them.
I was told I am too heavy to go on rides..I’m 5’7”, 260lbs. Per their sign, the weight limit is 350 lbs.
We tried to be patient and kind, but this kind of service is flat out unacceptable. For the kind of service we received, I would spend your...
