Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Dodge

Worst place in fort dodge Iowa to stop and that statement speaks volumes. Go anywhere else. Eat at a gas station if you must. These people do not know what customer service is. They will make you sit at the order screen until they have your food bagged at the payment window and if there's a car behind you they will have you pull ahead and pay and tell you to come through the drive thru a second time because they no longer bring out pulled orders haha (this is all their master plan to improve their drive thru times. It might work because they won't have any business if they keep it up.) They blame these methods on "upper management". I somehow doubt burger king corporate told them to inconvenience their customers into never returning, but when that was brought to their attention the girl on the headset told us she didn't care. Just like that. I've contacted BK by email several times and never gotten a response. Just go enjoy the food at a place that appreciates your business and treats you like...

Burger King employees need some attitude adjustments as well as not serving cold food and hair in their food. Regardless of the time a person comes to get food as long as your open serve the food with respect there is no reason I should spend 40 bucks and get cold food because you simply don't want to do your job. The fact I apologized numerous times for coming in 20 minutes til closed if you didn't wanna serve me say that don't have me spend my money to were I can't even eat. The bread crumpled like stale I have video evidence of the bread crumbling and the hair in my food obviously I can't prove it was cold but something needs to be done about this and so far all I've got is wait for the gm and more attitude. Kinda disappointed that this is Burger King. Haven't gone there for years...

Usually stop in at least once a day for one of my meals and Im always treated well pardon the pun... Maybe like Royalty :-) everyone here is pretty awesome especially the night crew always a smile on their face and joke around with me For those who complain about having to wait at drive through... wouldnt you rather WAIT for hot fresh food then be rushed through and have old nasty tasteless food? I dont really understand some of the negativity on here seems like a bunch of "Karens" and "loose Cannons" looking to tank a businesses ratings
